Packing the car now. Then picking up my buddy a few hours down the road. He's volunteered to do the rest of the driving. Sweet! I can rest and think about airguns.
Then another hour down the road to remember what we forgot to bring. Should be there late this afternoon !
Oh Yeah ! Gonna be fun !!

Only thing I will be hammering is awning stakes here, its kinda cool in the mournings but it nice here. David

I'll be bringing several other rifles, likely leaving my PCPs. I'll bring a few 10m guns, perhaps prosport, TX200

Chardo is a nickname from home, father was already using Arnold. We should be there late tonight.

There's still plenty of camp space and you can arrive anytime. We generally start stirring around 7'ish and quit whenever.

Friday will be much like today. Just hanging out, talking, meeting, getting reacquainted, shooting, laughing, checking things out and shooting. Tomorrow will be the poker shoot around 10am. Then the GTA lunch and sometime afterwards the annual paintball competition. And this year, if we have enough participants, a big bore competition also. These will have trophies and gift certificates to the first and second place winners of the springer, PCP and big bore.
Come on out anytime and stay as long as you wish. Just have FUN at the Fun Shoot!!!

On my way. Almost missed my flight. I stopped to have dinner with my family on the way to the airport and the service was really slow. Suddenly i realized i might arrive late needing to check guns and get through security With less than 45 minutes before flight time. Luckily due to some very skillful driving and a prayer from my daughter I made it to the counter. Oh no, lines everywhere! Except for Frontier; no one at all. Thanks to my daughter's beautiful and well timed prayer I'm on my way! In Denver now and will arrive in Cincinnati at 5 am.

Truck loaded and a trailer load too.

Some of the campers here already...including the Joy-zee boys. LOL

Mrs. Ez (Teresa) getting the registration area ready while Art & Ernie of Lexington Airguns sets up.

The firing line is growing. Another large ten being added....more photos to come.

Hey there GTA Shoot 'N Show ...

I am stuck in Bloomington! I am only about 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. I plan to hit the road about 10:30am and that should get me there about 1:00pm. Try and hold off on the rain until I get there. I am bringing umbrellas ... :>)

I have called the Kentucky Meterological Agency and given them a direct order to divert all rain to California throughout the weekend.
We need it,... and you guys don't.

Misery loves company , I feel your pain Steve My plan was to leave Wednesday and my Bathtub rotted out around the drain hole and was leaking into the ceiling in my basement so the Fun Shoot money went for a new tub

Call me lucky, as I'm one that can attend the shoot ( I did) and Sleep in my own bed. I had a great time today and will be heading back again on Saturday.... Oh yea... a sweet HW 35 followed me home today

Thanks guys for the great time and hospitality!!! Enjoyed meeting everybody, shooting some, and great food. Got to see and shoot a lot of guns I've never seen before and put faces to the names on here. See you next year for sure.
