Full Length Carbon Fiber Barrel Sleave?

Like Redsail, I carbon sleeved mine as well (TJ barrel), and it's a snug slide fit, using low shrink loctite epoxy to permanently put it on. I used regular masking tape in both ends to avoid epoxy spillage on the barrel.
Also put it in slight tension against the breech, the accuracy was staggering, on a good day (no wind, sorted pellets, and me not drinking coffee) at 25m it's down to 1/32" of an inch (5 shots)
The outer carbon shroud is only covering the barrel from the breech to a spacer near the muzzle that is hold in place by the splitter. The spacer have mounting holes for the front shroud piece that is also vented.
