Tells you right in the manual not to fill it that way. Might want to get a regulator rebuild kit and rebuild it
Sorry Darren Let me know what the rebuild costs and I'll split the cost with you ( my bad also)

Just waiting to hear from Tom and the rifles will be packed up and ready to travel
Is this what I'm looking for?http://www.zephyrpaintball.com/product/NINJ-2050-NINJARBK/Ninja-Paintball-Regulator-Rebuild-Kit.html
So, I opened the regulator up. It appears the ball valve is stuck down inside the piston. Any thoughts on how to get it out?
i have never seen that and did you pull out the piston that way from your reg?
darren, can you pm me your number, maybe a phone call can help to clear things up?
Sure, PM sent. Just want to add, it is fantastic that you are here and so helpful.
glad you got the ball out and the spring is still good! as far as the leak you are correct, needs 500 psi to 1000 to make sure it seals up properly.
