 In all likelihood, it was the pinnacle of engineering in its day, and it still presents quite well. Surely we can all agree that they don't build em like that anymore, yes?

From what I can tell in the pictures, which again are beautiful, thats MKII Version 3 made between 1934 and 1945. Blue Book says they made just shy of 14,000 of them and ceased production in the WWII years.

That would be in a display case if at my house, which would be a shame. bet with a little tuning it shoots great. Surprisingly the book shows it even came in .25 caliber.

hi,

today i tested the gun with a chrono. with jsb exact (0,475 g / 7,33 gr ) i measured 193 m/s (630 fps). a great result, i guess. the lady is smoking after shooting out of the barrel like steamboat-willie      (ok-not really that much)
