Hello all. I love shooting air guns and current own a .177 cfx with a Charliedatuna super tune. Is there anyone near me for a friendly shoot out/bbq?

Welcome to the GTA. There is about six of us located in the Dayton, Cincy area that have gotten together a couple of times but we are all hunkered down because of the cool weather. One guy was or is trying to get a place to shoot indoors but not having much luck. You would be more than welcome to show up at the next gettogether.

Bomber, I used to live in Galion, Ohio and traveled all over that state for my job. I now live in northern NM at 7000 ft elevation and it gets mighty cold here at that elevation. I will try to attach a picture of me and my buds out for a day of shootin' on BLM land in an area we call the "golf course". 1000 yd shots with our big boomers. Don't wait for nice weather! Another newby in Chillicothe OH (60 mi south of Columbus) Recently bought two air rifles a Hamerlii 850 (CO2) and a Crossman Quest 1000 springer and a Crossman 357 air revolver. I shoot in my yard but wondered if there were any air fun shoots around.

we shoot in the dayton/cincy area a few times a year we been having the shoots at the middletown sprtsmans club but have also been looking for some other areas the host the shoots at as well!

Welcome trapshooter like Michael said we hold the shoot's mainly at the Middletown Sportsman Club(you should know where that is by your handel), an plan on setting one up just as soon as we see low 50 temp's around here.
What we do is alway's toss a post up in the main forum letting everyone know then we all fall back in the Ohio section here to make plan's an such as it goes along. If you have any question's before hand drop me a PM with your phone # or look in past post of shoot's(Ohio) an you will find mine or Michael's there,but like I said drop me a line an I'll answer any question I can will even add you to my list of people to call if you don't get on here often....Jay

Thanks Jay. I have just purchased a Ham 850 and a Quest springer that needs a trigger job. Am looking for a reasonable PCP. Probably a Discovery. I'll keep in touch when the weather warms.
