which steel breech converting 1377 to 1322??

It is a Disco bolt, it may just be that it is nickel to match the bolt, but your number should be fine.
I am using one from a breech kit

I just talked to Crosman to order the correct breech.  The part number of the steel breech from the 2240SBPK kit is AS2250-A013.  With shipping the cost is about $30.  Heres hoping it has the breech screw at the front of the breech to match my pistol.

Just received mine yesterday and can confirm the above part number is what I received and works on my 1322 project.

I think it would be great if somebody made a basic, anodized black, aluminum 13xx platform breech with Picatinny rail instead of dovetail. Eliminate the need for adapters, firm up your barrel mount and expand your options for a sighting solution. Crosman could make them from steel and probably sell quite a number.

Yep, left hand bolt, aluminum/steel breech with Picatinny rail option. I'd buy at least one.    I'm not a lefty, but load single shot rifles by my left hand.

BnA has  aluminum, anodized black receivers,left or right hand for $36.50 with the
  forward mount breech screw.No picatinny rail tho .

Yeah I know but I prefer a compact, unlimitted eye relief, red dot on my 2289. I put a scope on it taken from my Vantage and didn't like how it interfered with access to the breech. I couldn't seem to get a comfortable setup with it and it was so much heavier than a red dot.
I think the tactical look would be a great idea for crosman for 2289.

Maybe release the 2289t ?

I have an old 1377 sliding breach (plastic) would like to get a long steel breach for it don't need bolt as I am using old brass bolt
and a barrel from a .25 cal springer to build a long stroke pumper that I saw on another thread what is the difference between the new style breach and the old is it just the hammer pin  or is it the screw location in the breach and would any one have the part #
mine is a phase 2 made dec. 95 whith breach screw in the loading gate any help would be greatly appreciated

   The bolts are totally different.   The old style is ~5/16" dia. the new is ~1/4".   Otherwise it's just a bolt on swap, keeping the rear cocking.   The steel breech pn needed is AS2250-A013.

thanks bart im building a long stroke pumper and ill be reaming out the breach to use the older bolt as I am building a .25 cal
that I saw on another thread just wasn't sure whitch .22 cal breach to use I assume that the breach end cap and screws listed above

  Screws yep, end cap no. (you're reaming the breech larger)  Use the one for the early plastic breech.
