I've been staring at the graphs, and wondering.
With the compare of the different chambers and to no chamber, it apears that as the size of the chamber moves down the whole shot string moves down.
Now, as the inlet size changes, it appears that as the inlet gets smaller, the "peak" gets steeper, but at the paek the fps is very close to the same.
So, if you went with a small chamber, and went to an inlet that was large enough, it would seem to make a flatter overall curve. Not sure I'm up for more pumping from zero, but thought I'd throw that out there for discussion.

I would agree with your observations.... However, I would not agree with your conclusion.... Just because the curve gets narrower (peakier) with a smaller inlet doesn't mean it gets shallower (flatter) with a larger inlet (ie larger than what?).... The largest inlet is no restiction at all, so a logical conclusion might be that the smallest "chamber" but with the largest "inlet".... ie no restriction, and therefore just the original "no chamber".... would be the best, no?....
Have you managed to duplicate the original depinger setup that started this discussion?.... or does it remain an anomaly that can't be (reliably) repeated?....

Right now, large inlet is just four #43 drill holes. Still rather restrictive. My assumption was it would get closer to the width of the no chamber.
Haven't tried the initial settings that started this (but will). I want to complete the best 24 string with the medium chamber large inlet, before depressurizing again. Started it on Sunday, but this is a short week and will be in Texas for the weekend.
Pumping from zero is a PITA even with a pump assist tank.
