TF 99 Fixed the cocking problem

It turns out that that problem wasn't really with the gun. I ordered a new trigger guard and it was interfering with the bear trap latch! I had to use a razor saw and actually cut out that section. I figured I had an older model TF 99 and the trigger guard was for a newer one.
When I put it back together though, I found two black washers! Any idea where they might go?

If all you took off was the trigger guard,I'd guess to the trigger guard screw's?
