I'm watching now how Ronnie O'Sullivan runs rack after rack.

I think, when he is in the mood to play, he's maybe one of the greatest shooters ever.

There is no doubt in my mind that dude has more talent than any human snooker or pool player has ever had......period. Position play is magnificent!!! Defense is outstanding.!!! Pocketing is awesome......and he does it right and left handed!!!!
Phenomenal cueist!!!!!! Pleasure to watch him crush all that play him!!!!

I thought snooker was some sort of a fish.  And when you go after them and don't catch any, you got SNOOKERED.

I thought the same thing Mike.......till I lived in England for 8 months......and my wallet got thinner and thinner!!!!! Those English dudes were only too happy to "teach" the Yank pool player how to play snooker!!!
Why did they all have that shark like grin?

I wish I knew more about pool.  I played some when I was young - but I would play off the wall with anyone.  It was a given I was going to be defeated.  I would never bet the farm on my abilities.

Do they still say "play off the wall", meaning use the sticks that the parlor/pool hall provides?

Sure Mike!! It gets real interesting when you pick off the wall for your opponent!!! Last time we played I had a boomerang!!!!

Yeah, Ronnie was fabulous.  But Ronnie is just Ronnie, and he lost the next bout 6-4 with Stuart Bingham.  What a surprise!

Just as amazing as he can play, the next day can bring him a defeat.  That's just Ronnie.

As I stated already, and you agree....when he's on, then there is no one that can match his skill.

Mark Selby is already in the Finals, waiting for his opponent.  I will not watch him play, he gets on my nerves.  He is a master at psyching out his opponents with slow play.  When an opponent is hot and getting a good string going, Selby comes up and takes several minutes for each shot.  Granted the guy is good in shooting, tactics and his safety play is just excellent.  But he kills just about any opponent with his numbing slow play.

I can't believe you said that about Selby!!! I am LMBO!!!! I swear he spends more time fixing his hair than playing!!!!
Ronnie doesn't get along with him at all!! No shock there!!!
