QuoteHe is probably going to say that one is tooooo bright as well, Hey remember I'm "Not The Brightest Bulb" so obviously all are brighter than me. Good news is I'm not a Modder so not much light is needed More good news I can spend all my time shooting

Well after all this talk about scopes my wife put her foot down. I have mentioned different scopes etc to her during dinner conversations etc. She said she was sick of all this talk and that I must stop fooling around and buy an Eclipse (word might have come up once or twice) I told her an Eclipse is a very complicated scope and I would not know what to do with it. She said she did not care, buy it or look for a new home. Geeeze, I'm too old to be moving out. So I cancelled Varmint and called Wyvern and am waiting for Dave to get back to me.
Bulb,You may wish to stick with the Varmint.....The Eclipse Is a substantial bit of equipment. Not referring to $$$. But size and weight...It takes up some real estate and isn't light.Eclipse 30 4x16x50 on my 48.
Well I did order a "Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Mount w/30mm Rings, High, 11mm Dovetail" and hoping it will fit on the 50. I absolutely love the looks of it.
What a conundrum/enigma etc etc, is it going to be a scope or a paperweight. I'm thinking a slip on recoil pad would help some with eye relief. I can try that leapers mount (with stop pin) but I would prefer a one PC offset mount with a stop pin. Gonna do some mount hunting today.1 pc Leapers Accushot Airgun/.22 30mm Full Length Integral High Profile Mount Another puzzlement the above scope and others have the "airgun 22" but are for 30mm tube. Wouldn't that mount work. Sorry this is probably another stupid question, but I would rather be stupid and ask than stupid and remain so.
