Very impressive, so that hatsan tuner you used did a good job ??
.now try some polymags and see how close they are to those, that way you got a great hunting pellet if it shoots them good,
Remember, the Predator Polymag was designed as a hunting pellet for use on "live targets" !
springer man is right ,they are for hunting, but make sure there accurate enough in your gun before trying to hunt with them,
at 25 yards, those same Polymags opened up to into a .87" CTC group, still plenty sharp enough for this rifle's intended purpose.
Add a little buck fever to the mix and cold shot compensation could become a serious problem.
NOUN 1. nervous excitement of novice hunter: nervous excitement felt by an inexperienced hunter at the sight of game 2. nervous excitement: nervous excitement felt by somebody faced with a new situation, experience, or responsibility
If you aren't hitting your POA any closer than your pics, with those groupings, you're making a good choice by more practicing before hunting. Get those dimes covering your POA, and you'll be golden!
This is what he's going to control. Turkish AirGun Gate / Availability of a .25 Caliber 30 Ft/Lb Energy Springer or Gas Ram in America« on: August 23, 2012, 06:00:43 PM »Well, I'm facing decision time ... whether to buy a .25 caliber Weblely/Hatsan Patriot or .25 caliber Hatsan 125 Sniper. Why? I need/want a 30 Ft/Lbs Energy springer for raccoon and armadillo control .. the choice is very limited.I considered a Webley UK Patriot/Kodiak 30fpe ... but, parts are beginning to become scare.A .25 caliber Theoben Eliminator is at best a 27fpe gas ram.Diana isn't selling a .25 caliber model in the U.S.However, there have been some .25 caliber conversions of Diana 350M rifles combined with a swapped-out .25 caliber XS28M barrel.Purportedly the combo with a VORTEK High-Out spring kit is capable of generating 30fpe.Otherwise, a 30fpe .25 caliber springers/gas rams are almost non-existent in America.
