Which screw?

I had a tune-up done several years ago.  Every spring, I need to thin the heard on starlings.  My trigger seems to be getting 'creepy' again.  Which screw should I mess with?  I don't want to get it too far out of wack.  I had a full tune-up done, as I had to ship the rifle anyhow, so do it all, right?  It was a TON better. 
  Is the front screw the one I need to prevent the trigger from needing to be dragged back so far?  The rear one would be the over-travel?

If you are reffering to a GRT-III trigger, the rear screw adjusts the second stage creep, the farther the screw is out the longer the creep, and vice versa. I believe the first stage adjustment is the opposite.

 I will give the front a 1/2 turn out and see what I get. Don't seen to be much of a 2 stage trigger to me.

If it's the GRT trigger, look on the main page here and on CDT's website for all the instructions, it tells you to do that when you buy it, you won't get better info here compared to the website of the guy who makes the trigger, right?
