CAN IT BE TOO HOT

to shoot co2 guns? I have read the co2 is good between 60 - 90, both being close to the maximun temp.It sounds strange to me, but yesturday I took the 1077 out to shoot. It was just above 90 [per the news] I shot 2-12 gram bottles off and it worked great, then they all were leaking after that, and FAST. I have used this gun many times before w/ no problems. I then put the Air Source adapter on and it leaked just as fast. I also put a drop of Pellgun oil on most of the bottles, but not the last few, to see if it made a difference. I am going to try the 1077 again later, but I was just wondering if the above 90 degree weather had anything to do with it. Help??

It was really warm here last weekend and my 2240 got almost too hot to hold from the Sun beating on it. At that point the hammer (mine is a bit on the soft side) wasn't strong enough to pop the valve so the gun wouldn't fire. But it was okay after it cooled off a bit.
