Nice collection. I prefer the Daisy model 44 over the Crosman 38’s and 357 pistols. The 8 inch barrel definitely adds fps and aids accuracy. Personal preference though is the short 4 inch barrel for the 357 and 44 pistols. Enjoy
My only problem with the Daisy model 44 has been trying to get one.Now it's basically never going to happen since Ebey decided that Californians aren't allowed to buy airguns.
I picked this 357 up quite a while ago, and plan to get it on the bench in the next few weeks to get it up and running. With the metal 8" barrel and scope, this setup comes in at just under 3 lbs. And it has Japanese glass!I bet the original owner had a tough time sighting it in.. Anyone notice something wrong?

The scoped 357 eight seems to be quite rare.I found this picture online a couple years ago and never saw one on Ebay or anything.Btw I had no clue that the 357 eight from this sharpshooters kit had a metal barrel shroud.
Has anybody put a 38T 357 & daisy 44 head to head in an accuracy comparison?

Having had all 3, I recall peddling the 357’s in favor of the accuracy of the 38’. Then parting ways with the 38’s over the ease of loading the 44’s. Also the grip of the 44 felt better to me, though the 44 and 38 both are supposed to copy the SW design.Paul, does the 8 inch 357 have a brass barrel like the Silver Accur8 had?

I refurbed a 38T for my brother. I turned a 1322 barrel to fit, and drilled and reamed the cylinder to 22 cal. It's a really good shooter and he hits some small targets with it. I should've never let a friend talk me out of mine.

To my knowledge, it hasn't been resealed, but it has plenty of umph. I'm not getting talked out of this one!If I'm reading the date code right, it's a 7-64 gun, older than me. That's pretty good shooting, David, and some really clean guns, I'm going to have to look into the Daisys.
