SSG in Epic One and Two?

Can anyone figure out what kind of SSG they built into the Epic One and Two, see the video at 18:24, I want to make one for myself. Thanks

The rod on the left side is slotted. The pin in the right piece goes thru that slot. The slot does not run all the wat thru the piece on left and that remaining section is what stops the rod from coming all the way out.

Picture removing the pin in below pic, pushing the rod in so that when you re-insert the pin it is in the slot. With a spring between them you will be able to push the rod in and it would then push back out but stop when the slot gets to the pin.

No pics of the ones I've done, but most guns don't have that much available room inside the area where the original hammer spring resides. This is why the ones I made extended beyond the end cap when cocked. I stopped making the SSG and went to a spring with gap when at rest.

Very nice!  I believe you can slot the end, and this will allow you to adjust the gap externally.

This is my DIY SSG I made for my Marauder.  It's fully adjustable externally with a small screwdriver and a hex wrench for the gap and for the spring tension separately.
