Problems Quoting

I cannot quote a post using either of the quoting options (which have worked for me in the past).  Clicking on "Quote" in the upper right of the desired post does nothing; the Reply box does not open.  Clicking on "Reply" below the thread opens the Reply box but clicking on "Insert Quote" in the upper right of the desired post listed below the Reply box does nothing.  What am I doing wrong.

Hmmm....quote tab works for me. Not sure what the issue might be. I'm using Microsoft Edge browser. Have you tried other browsers?

I'm on Firefox.  Clicking the "Quote" button drops me down to the "Quick Reply" section at the bottom of the page and produces a red line at the top of the page, with "Loading..." in red above that line.  Nothing happens from there.

Just tried it on a different laptop and found the same problem; this laptop had been turned off and cache is automatically cleared when my computers are shut down.   Going back to the first laptop, hitting "Quote", getting the red (actually more of an orange) "Loading..." and waiting, nothing changed after more than 7 minutes. Very strange.

I've been having the very same problem. It's on my phone using duck duck go browser.
