Hear ye... Hear ye!
Come one, come all... Casual Match #4 of 2024/2025 is open for business!!!

The Casual Match is a fun match. Shoot whatever you want at 10M (more or less depending on what you have available), use any position or rest that you prefer. See below for the details.

Rules are the same as for the 50’ Casual Match, except distance is 10M instead of 50’, using the 50’ target of choice. If you are limited to distance, shoot at whatever distance you have available. Classes are PCP Rifle, Jumper (Piston Rifle, spring or gas), Pistol, or Pumper Class. One entry may be made in each class.

Match #4 will run 2 weeks... Start: 10 Feb. with targets/scores turned in no later than midnight February 23.

Call name or real name
PCP, Jumper, Pumper, or Pistol Class
Air rifle or Pistol used

Had fun today shooting with my Dad and my Brother in Law. Had a great time. Here's my entry for Match #4. I switched over to 'Blondie', my Daisy Avanti 853. I had eye surgery a week and half ago and wanted to see if I could shoot peep sights again. Big improvement. I was able to shoot this without glasses, first time in years. Sorry for the ragged target. I printed them out at the last minute with regular paper. Next match will have better targets. Thanks to Charlie for running the matches and all of you who shoot them with us.

It was a bit cold. Had a great time at the range with my Son-in-Law and my Son today. I'm not getting any better, but I'm not getting any worst either. Better luck next match. Ha Ha. I am really liking the JTS - Dead Center pellets. I know they're heavier than I would normally use for this range, but they seem to be flying better than any of the others I've been shooting.

This is my second time entering a casual match. Just last week I received a new target rifle. I purchased a Walther LG400 ten meter rifle. Seemed like the perfect opportunity to use it in this match. I actually scored two points higher than last time. Thanks for hosting these matches. It keeps me shooting.
