 I tried calling in a small order to Crosman today. Their computer wouldn't take it as they were having a problem with my phone number.
  Same phone I always order from. They put me on hold and tried various fixes, different I.T. techs, then even tried switching me to a different operator/computer to try that way. I asked if it was because they were now part of Daisy. They didn't think so....
  After calling me back a couple of times (no joy) I gave up and told them I'd try later in the week..

Went to Crosman.com and looked up my account. Nothing's changed. Same number.

Yeah unfortunately its the "sign of the times". I know someone who bought a brand new refrigerator and it stopped working in a week. The so called customer service was useless. They ended up returning it because they couldn't make a simple appointment for a tech to come out

Just got the few parts for my 362 that i ordered. Got two pistons and a spare plastic forearm. No issues with the order and got it in 3 days! I wanted a spare stock too, but no go... out of stock. I always seem to get the same woman. She is very helpful and friendly.  I am glad the 362 uses so many 13xx parts as it keeps it simple parts wise.
