Yong heng 4500psi oil

Hello everybody! I have a yong Heng 4500psi compressor and was wondering how good is husky synthetic compressor oil for it Lowe's and home Depot has it. I've been using hydraulic aw-46 oil and I'm not wanting to get carbon build up and detonation so I was wondering if anybody has tried husky full synthetic compressor oil in their yong Heng?

I have no idea about the Husky oil that was probably meant for shop compressors typically under 500 psi. I am using Seco 500 which is a high pressure compressor lubricant often used in industrial systems and scuba compressors.

I use Mobil Rarus 827 and my YH is at 6-1/2 years without a rebuild. I fill three 30 min. SCBA's from 3000 to 4200 as needed.

Dang, excellent results. I topped tanks off with mine for the first 3 years because I had bought the extended warranty. Now I just fill guns because I don't even use the tanks anymore. Still runs like it did out of the box.

When I first got my Yongheng compressor I was using the Husky oil in it and two things occurred that were detrimental to the unit's health, the first was detonation due to the insufficient flash point of the oil which caused a catastrophic failure of the second stage piston, the second was carbon buildup that gets into the check valves causing them to not seal correctly. Needless to say, I'm no longer using the Husky oil.
