What’s better then a portable air compressor ? One that runs on an 18 volt battery of course and I’m getting one!!

Keep us posted on how it holds up and how well it works. This might be a nice alternative rather than getting another bottle. It looks like it would be very convenient.

Yeah that’s the idea. The GX compressors are solid i have the standard GX cs2 and it works great but I’m still tied to my vehicle at least this gives a few fills on the bench

Exactly. Lugging around a 9l bottle everytime I want to shoot gets old. So is the bigger one you have up to snuff to fill bottles?

I have an Omega Air Charger that I use to fill my 74 cubic foot tank but if I just want convenient air on tap away from the vehicle I think the battery one offers that. Every shooting situation is different.

I have a GUPPY for mobile use but based on yours and others remarks about the CS2, I will be getting one of those, soon.
BTW..Target Forge will stocking replacement parts for the GX compressors..

Ok... confession time..
I have 5 hpa compressors. 2 of them are 12/120v. But nothing is more convenient for off the grid air gun filling than my 30 minute 45000psi scba tank in a backpack bag. The tank, the fill whip w/EdGun EaZy fill adapter, accessories, water bottle, paper targets, multi tool and pellets all fit in the backpack. It also acts as a shooting bag if needed.
Plenty of air for the average outing. Just top it off with the MKII or Yong Heng compressor before or after the adventure.

I have the one from Bin Tac that I think is basically the same as what you have and I really like it. I have a lot of Milwaukee tools so I bought a device where I can also use my Milwaukee batteries.

Lol yeah it’ll fill up a 500cc tank in 45 seconds with that battery. I’m excited to see the practicality of the little unit.

Yay the compressor came today. It’s nice I don’t have to plug it in it’s just ready to fill. I tested it on my leishy Classic filling from 250-300 bar within 25 seconds.

I think that your gonna like it! I even fill my 90 cu. in. carbon fiber bottle with it but I give it a rest after every 15 minutes.

Are the Bauer batteries Makita mount or are they Dewalt mount? The Den of Tools pulled one of the Bauer 12 ah batteries apart and found good name brand cells inside. Might be worth some research unless you already have some Makita batteries around.

I’ve heard makita and obviously oem batteries work I don’t know about other brand batteries
