I rarely shoot at more than 35 yards because I can do short range in my yard but have to drive for nearly an hour each way to shoot longer range. But today I went for other reasons and shot one target while there. I used my P35 in 22 caliber shooting H&N Baracuda Match 21 grain pellets. I have a Vector Sentinel 8-32 scope on that rifle. I was shooting from a bench using a bipod and monopod. I did not adjust the scope for the distance, I just held off for both wind (very little) and trajectory.
The target looks odd because I taped it to the backer with packing tape and could not write on it. So I put masking tape over that area so I could fill it in. I will include a picture of the back so you can see the tape is not covering extra holes. I also used an old target. I did not check the website and the target I used doesn't have the position or wind info aread (bench and very little in my case).
I think this may fit the marksman category, the group size is 3 inches center to center and all 5 are inside the 4 MOA ring (one barely, I have a scoring plug in that hole in the picture).
I was shooting at the Indian Creek Shooting range near my home in Lexington, SC. I measured the distance to the target with a 100 meter measuring tape from harbor freight. There were other guys shooting powder burners at the range but I didn't know them or get their names.

It occurred to me, a bit late, that you may need to see the group size. Here is another picture showing that.

To comply with NUAH rules, please submit a photo of the gun and range....

It looks like that group would qualify you as a Marksman!....

Bob,
A picture of the gun is easy, it is attached. This is the gun set up as it was at Indian Creek Shooting Range but the gun is sitting on my dining room table. I did not take any pictures at the range so I guess that means I do not qualify. If so that is no big deal. I was not planning on entering when I shot the group, I just got home and thought it might be possible.
Thanks for your review.

Maybe you can take a photo of the range another day.... it doesn't need to be the same day....

Take a pic next time you head that way Jim. Id like to do the same this year with a couple different rifles perhaps.

Good shooting, Jim! Definitely take the necessary pictures when you get back out there. I had to do the same but luckily I didn't have to drive to do it.
