Just picked one up tonight, very clean and it seems to shoot just fine.
But I'm wondering what velocity a "healthy" one should produce, for comparison once I get it over a chrony. I'm guessing it should be roughly a 5fpe gun, but I have no real idea.
Does anybody have any dope on this?
Thanks!

My 618 shoots 7.0 gr RWS basic diablo (wadcutter) pellets at around 420 fps. It's an accurate little gun. Its small size and easy cocking makes it great for teaching kids. It's fun to shoot for old geezers like me too. Mine is not pellet picky. It shoots anything well.

Twelve springers and a couple of pumpers.
Two lathes and lots of scrap metal.
