Looking for anyone who has experience with Powerpup. In next few months looking to pick up a quality rifle in 25 or 30cal. I am considering this or a uragon 2. I still have in my mind impact m3 but.want to try something different than what most have

It's fantastic.  It's lightweight (71/2 pounds including a Vector Veyron 4-16x44 scope). It's not the least bit pellet picky.  Can shoot any weight of pellet. The regulator came set at 115 to 120 bar and it has the power plenum.  With the power wheel on max shoots 34 g pellets at 865 fps.  Shoots 14.3 g Crossmans at 855 fps with the wheel on minimum.  Lots of speed choices between max and min with any weigh pellet.  Can only shoot 35 yards in my back yard and at that distance shoots pretty much under 1/2 inch. Only so so with slugs though. Probably needs a different barrel.

Not sure why more people don't talk about this gun.

The dreamline will be perfect for you if you want to tinker a bit. I have a Dreamtact compact in .177 I don’t tinker but it’s easy to tune. As far as caliber goes it’s probably going to be debated but that’s ok. From my personal experience .25 just seems to work better for hunting vs a .30. To me the .25 just shoots flatter and just kills the ground squirrels quicker vs a .30. If you’re just target shooting save your money on pellet’s because a .22 will do great but if you’re hunting small game a .25 would be a good choice. A tin of .25 has 350 pellets vs 150 in a tin of .30 and 500 in .22 all the same price.

I guess it depends on what you intend to do with it, but I like .25. lots of choices when it comes to ammo and perfectly adequate for small to medium animals.

I am thinking strongly for .25cal. I bought a Jts Airacuda max in .22 when it first came out I was impatient should of waited for .25

Good choice I have a .25 Fx Wildcat MK3 compact. Hits them ground squirrels really hard. I also have a .25 Condor it hits the squirrels even harder
