Did you set up some kind of enclosure for printing ABS? The temperature and fume issues have kept me away from it. I'm curious what you or others are doing for it.
It was just meant as a caution, everyone's sensitivity is different. Melting plastic is an industrial process and it releases chemicals, kind of like using solvents . ABS just happens to be one of the nastier ones. Plenty of information out there.

Nifty, Mike!
Could you please repost the STL files?I really want to try them.I will update here on the results.
John,I have combined all my Maxim zip files into large zip file. You will need to sort through the contents to find which you want. The file names are descriptive. If an individual file seems missing, PM me and I will look for it....
John,I have combined all my Maxim zip files into large zip file. You will need to sort through the contents to find which you want. The file names are descriptive. If an individual file seems missing, PM me and I will look for it.I am OK sharing the files, but I am not OK spending hours identify each file to decide if it is one you want or not. You will see that there are dozens of files...The ZIP file containing the smaller ZIPs can be downloaded from this wetransfer link for 7 days: https://we.tl/t-ma41oUgFd3Each smaller ZIP file contains logically associated files.EDIT:While you are at it, the extended Notos design I did should perform almost as well as the Maxim designs. This, while being 32 mm rather than 50 mm in diameter, but twice the length. Also, the Maxim designs use about three times the material to print. So, evaluating the extended Notos design against the Maxim designs for performance would be appreciated. Here is the link to download the Notos extended STL: https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=208202.0;attach=434349Printing notes:Note that all of these parts need to be printed standing on their front face (threaded end up), bore axis vertical; with supports turned off. Failure to print in the correct orientation will produce a scrap part. Ditto, if you print with supports turned on - because the supports will be trapped inside, and be unremovable. You can print at less than 100% infill, but then need to set the wall layer count up to 3 or 4, so the baffle walls are solid where they are thin. The Maxim designs can be weight reduced by using 20% infill, with a 4 or 5 layer wall count because the curved shapes inside create a lot of areas with very thick walls.
Dino,All related stl files can be downloaded in one zip file from wetransfer from this link, for 7 days: https://we.tl/t-OJsK0X3e3UIf you prefer the full link: https://wetransfer.com/downloads/a6f969fc8cc297062308ffc471882add20230914052445/e08c1ed76a515ca10ed24edc59adb73920230914052446/803b97
Anyway to get this file of all 3 again? Loved your P-rod and M-Rod ones and came in handy.Thank You
