Barrel lose on new Akela?

So my new .22 Akela package arrived today. ( 2 days since ordered. Not bad!) This is the first time I've handled/seen one in person. It's also my first Bullpup. I'm very pleased with the ergonomics, weight etc. It even appears that I got one with some good walnut (which will need refinishing.) . thanks again for the advice that helped me decide on this rifle.
My question is that the barrel seems almost lose. I'd say it has 3-4mm slop in any given direction when pushed (lightly) near the muzzle. It even has a little rotational give ( a degree or so so I get a 1/8" rotation on the edge. .) I can't imagine getting any kind of accuracy out of the gun with this kind of barrel set-up. Did I get a bad one or is it normal? Is this something I can tighten myself? ( My Marauder isn't lose like this.) Like i said, I got a good one walnut wise. Hate to send it back if i don't need too. I have a 5 sec video showing the condition but I'm not sure I can figure out to upload /link.
p.s. I do have a barrel band and scope rail support inbound from Buck rack but I'm thinking these are accessories and not band aides.

If you want to try and tighten it yourself the two setscrews are under the socket head cap screws that hold the scope rail on. Easy to check and tighten.

I would put some blue loctite on them and be careful not to strip them.

I hoped it might be that easy but figured I'd ask. Off to take a look.
and that's why this sight rocks!

ALL SET! The issue was as suggested. I pulled the picatinny rail and found of the two set screws below, one was not even contacting the barrel and the other just barely. Both had no torque on them at all. I added a touch of purple Loctite and torqued both the 20 in-lb before reinstalling the rail. I then reinstalled the rail to the 40 in lb it was set to when I received it. The barrel is how it should be now!. Now to get it scoped and tested!
