How do you adjust the trigger on a Beeman 2027?

The length of pull needs to be shorter.
The trigger blade needs to stop when the gun fires.  New it has too much over travel.
The pull weight should be a little lighter maybe 2 or 3 pounds.

Remove stock and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to adjust the only screw. I think that the  pull length is the only thing you can adjust or maybe  it's the pull weight.  It's been awhile since  I messed with it and don't have access to my notes at this time.

Well I got out my notes on the 2027 and reading the file the single adjustment screw did very little screwed all the way in. I had to replace it with a longer screw and was able to get a clean brake. It doesn't say how much longer
For some reason I am thinking 10mm??

Do you think 2 or 3 mm longer than the original screw is what I should get?
I will take the original screw to Home Depot and get a longer one.
Does it reduce the pull weight or just shorten the pull?

I would try the stock screw first and see what it does. You may be ok with it if not then get a  longer screw.
I am thinking 10-13 mm.
