Not having a good week. Just checked shipping and only a label created. I hope this is one of the times the driver just comes cranking down the driveway when you are not expecting him. Will update once we get it in.
Avator I got the smaller of the two.

Hope you get it and it's as good as mine. I put it on the BSA Buccaneer .177 and it's pretty sweet.
Only downsides may be that it's pretty heavy and the cross hairs are really thin. But it's one of the clearest scopes I own. Locking turrets are solid and the side adjustment is smooth.

I ordered the one that showed it with the mount and it shows it left Dallas Friday afternoon. I would contact them Outer_Rondacker because I bought after they were relisted for the higher price so yours should have shipped before mine.
I need to stop checking this thread daily, "you guys" keep spending way too much of my money.

Ya I am going to have to on Monday. I have just been really busy with the wife. Its mothers day and modern day kids dont come see mom. Mom has to go to them but Thursday morning we had a major issue with her car. We are just out of warranty and I think we lost the motor it. So she is bummed out and I am keeping her busy until the garage calls. 122000 on the car that was babied but I think the timing chain broke. I have built hundreds of motors but I am not touching this BMW's turbo charge nightmare.
Needless to say I will be avoiding the bargain bin for some time I think. I will let you guys know how it is when I get it and if I get more info on shipping.

Sorry for your luck Outer! I feel your pain though, doing the timing chain in my truck right now and the engineers over the last couple decades don't seem to give a rats rear about serviceability.
Keep us posted.

3-15x due to arrive tonight. Been obsessing over what gun gets what. Adding a scope to a gun that already has one creates a domino effect. It's already cascading in my mind, scope to scope to scope ...

I just opened the box! I ordered two 3x15 and wish I had ordered at least one more. They are big but feel solid. The cross-hair is a bit on the thin side for these old eyes but better than the thick ones. One will go on the Origin, the other is an excuse for another rifle.

Agreed BB... just may be the best bang for the buck on $50 or less scopes. I suppose the IR would help with the thin cross hairs. I haven't put the battery in yet.
Not sure how it would hold up on a springer.. I don't plan on trying it. That's not what I bought it for.

I intend to try it on my D48 springer. The scope didn't arrive last night. Maybe today.
Already fantasizing about a second for my 1357, but am aware it's fantasy and me getting steps ahead. Darn thing hasn't even arrived yet, no sense in buying more now.

I do indeed. In general, have others found etched reticle scopes to be more durable than wire?

This optic is huge and heavy which is typical of cheap Chinese scopes. Seems to be well made and the mounts that came with it seem fairly well made BUT the photo in the add showed a one piece cantilever style mount and I received conventional separated mounts. The photo must have been squished as well or the photo is of a different scope because this scope is way longer, I mean it's a really big, heavy scope (did I already say that?). It also didn't come with a battery but for the price I'm not complaining... well... maybe the size...
As mentioned the crosshairs are very fine and also very busy with hatches and numbers. I'm unable to make any adjustments, even to parallax and the instructions I received are for a different type of scope with a lock ring system. Even loosening the hex head screws on the knobs doesn't allow them to move. Ah, loosen the screw then pull out on the windage and elevation knobs to adjust. Parallax is wrench tight, it doesn't pull out like the other adjusters and I had to wrap a rag around it to wreaf on it and it still barely moved. Hopefully it just needs to work loose but it is still pretty clear at distance.

The battery for mine was in a small plastic ziploc bag in the box. The elevation and windage turrets lock down. You have to pull up on them before adjusting then push back down to lock them.
Good luck.

Took the honeycomb off to line the front end of the scope with the back of the breech.
Never used honeycombs before. Anybody have two cents on them?
Awesome reticle. Bubble made for easy install. Can't believe the deal here in the honeymoon phase with this etched reticle scope.
Sighted in with 10 shots. So far so good. First scope I've had that looks like the scope cams on youtube vids when shooting. Guess they all have etch reticles too since they vibrate the same visually.

The paralax knob has 3 set screws 120 deg apart. Loosen said screws and pull off the knob. The oring in the turret barrel is bone dry. Put a film of silicone grease on it and reinstall knob... dial it to 10 meters; loosen knob align 10 mark to the tick on scope barrel retighten and enjoy. The dry oring makes near impossible to turn easy. Of course the windage and elevation knobs... "pull up to adjust then reseat the knob" no knob fighting necessary.

Mine showed up yesterday. If I was not looking down the barrel of another new vehicle purchase I would order a few more. I think I like it better then the 129 dollar UTG 3x12x44. Will mount it when I get time so far looks clear.
