What is this? Why don't they just make their regular pellets and leave well enough alone... I hate when manufacturers do this...

Also notice the count... $9.99 for 250 of .22? What a rip off...

They also look terrible... something I certainly wouldn't shoot in any of my guns!

and in another place 250 per tin,

I'm surprised crosman being under a holding company has not cut corners more then they have over the years.    Like nced said they dropped the box pellets he liked to use , I've not seen a tin of domed around here in a long time , maybe over a year now.  No telling what changes are yet to come.

Can't wait to see reviews here on them vs. the domed or cphp you been buying .

Do they still claim made in the USA ?  I don't see that on your picture above .lol...

That “hammered” finish on the pellets is caused by having the mould at the wrong temp.  I’ve seen it when running ball for my muzzle loaders.  You would think that someone would have caught that.

I notice the actual photo of the pellet on the tin depicts the same hammered finish, except they look very consistent, almost digital. Meant to be?

Sure don't come close to the pellet pictured on the tin cover.

I took a closer look at the picture on the tin.  It looks like an artist rendering to me.  The texture you see if you blow the picture up looks like an artist material called “Baxter paper” to me.  Or if could be the pixelation if the image was generated on a computer.

I agree that the amounts per 177 & 22 cal are different,
but that is NOT what is listed under spec's info..............,
the description info does not track with the same as spec info

The "durability" they speak of is caused by the higher levels of antimony they mix with their lead. It results in a harder, damage resistant pellet so they're less likely to get banged up in shipping or as you handle them.

I'd be happy if these stop being so undersized that I could load them without them falling down into the barrel where the rifling starts during loading.

Lol.. ya, I rarely get one like they slipped a .177 in a tin of .22.  in the cphp's.

What I see is the piranha are sized larger and more tighter fitting then the hp's.  And seem to be more uniform fit.

So makes me wonder why the cphp are so random sized cause I don't get all the loose tight 1/2 way pellets per tin of them.

Anyway like I said maybe Walmart will get these recreational pellets in and I don't mind tring them.

I just got a gut feeling these are "imported" pellets that ain't no better or maybe  worse then there CP line you get now.  And 1/2 the tin count for x2 the price and the CP line is going to go away replaced by these things.

Guy's  These pellets are rebranded pellets from a company in south America and are very low quality.  I'm not going to list the name of the Mfg. or who I got this Info from to save him from grief at his place of employment but I can assure you it is from a very good source and is 100 percent fact.  Don't waste your time or money unless you only want to plink cans or something!   Have a great day!!
