The rings in the link you posted are not for a dovetailed receiver. They're for a picatinny rail. And twenty inlbs will oval many scope tubes. 15-16 inlbs is enough if they're machined correctly.

 For an 11mm dovetail I use the Sportsmatch UK brand. They are made in the UK and the machining and hardware is topnotch. Comes with a smooth recoil pin. Works great on my springers. AoA carries them also. Don't buy them from Amazon they sell the Chinese knock offs

The Bayman is giving some good advice.  My big suggestion is to simply use a one piece dovetail mount.  The stop pin will be included with the mount.  Two piece mounts with only one stop pin do not provide adequate support for the scope in my opinion.  Weaver mounts are a different story.

I did say "can be".    Obviously we should follow the scope manufacturers recommended ring torque specs.  20 in lbs is a testament to the strength/quality of the rings and screws.

Whatever gun you are shooting, forego the hassle of stop pins and get a ZR Mount.
For plinking and hunting purposes they are perfect as they are issued.

You will not only get the "pin" you want, you will also get protection for your scope.

The current OEM mounts can be "Accurized" to 1" . OR drop me a line and I will get one that is "native" 1" rings.

I do like the BKL rings.... But do not recall if they have a stop pin.

If you follow Hector's suggestion and go with the ZR mount don't worry about a stop pin - it's not necessary.  The mount does have one but the mount is light enough to move with the gun without sliding on the dovetail.  The heavier weight of the scope is essentially isolated from the mount so the scope stays in place when the gun is fired.  The weight of the scope is usually what causes the mount to move on the gun.

Depending on the scope and the gun you have, the first part of the third blog entry may be what is most important for you, and I quote:
