Canada Bans - Airsoft / BB / Pellet / Replicas

Hello my mostly American friends, some terrible news came out of Ottawa this week. The Canadian Liberal Government lead by Justin Trudeau has amended their "Firearms" ban to include BB, Pellet, Airsoft, Replicas. They single handedly destroyed many people's passions and businesses in one swoop. Their reasoning that these modern looking Airguns look too real like firearms, and they're being used to commit crimes. However their logic is a little off... As a citizen in any country around the world. I would rather a desperate thug who's going to commit the crime one way or another, use a BB gun over a black market 9mm... what do you think?

America is next.

Thankfully it's not passed yet, and there's always hope with the next election. I'm going to continue to keep reviewing as much as I can for as long as I can. It will be grandfathered so anything I posses before the ban comes in to place is mine.

Since it has not yet been passed into law, now is the time for Canadians to remind their lawmakers that there are upcoming elections that can leave them without jobs. As much business that parts of your country receive from fishing and hunting tourism (pre and hopefully post pandemic) they should take that into account. I, for one would not pay money to come to a country for a visit that passed laws that I fundamental disagree with. I feel the same way about some states here in America.
