Needs a ladder so he can high dive off the roof and another barge connected so he could enjoy a front yard complete with table and chairs for rest under the awning shade.

With that name it would be hard to resist driving by in a jet ski and throttling a bunch of water on him standing in the doorway.

I imagine there is plenty of under seat storage space for water balloons... bring on the jet skis.
Back in the day on Lake Washington during the Rainer Cup we used to have some pretty good battles with water balloon launchers made from surgical tube and a funnel. We used to buzz the big yachts with the Bayliner.

Jet ski's use to start buzzing us fishing. I would just reach down and pick up a rod with a nice top water plug with 3 sets of treble hooks. They don't come back again.
