Is there supposed to be a target grouping pic attached?
Springer is low overhead shooting. Just the gun and pellets . Lower priced , no hand pump or that cost no pumping shoot and pump it up shoot. Springer just cock load shoot all day or till pellets run out.I don't see but a PCP for the price then the support stuff like a pump then pump it up for what ever time it takes with the recommended stop after so many pumps and shoot like what 20 to 60 shots and repeat the pumping process.? Don't sound too appealing to shoot targets or pop a squirrel. Maybe large bore for bigger game hunting I could see it , but everyday all day enjoyment springer shoots well and cheap. (Opinion)

(Opinion)Yep......except for the fact that a springer requires a more robust scope than a PCP.

Thing about a scope is if you get one that worthy spend a little on one it's something you can move around gun to gun and get long term use from.So buy into a scope you can move up not just hand me down or junk pile it. Pcp or springer or powder burner mount site and shoot it. Some money well spent.

Some money well spent. With recoiling piston guns it's also important to get a brand of scope with good customer service because they will probably need work after a couple years if there is a lot of shooting with HW95 class gun recoil or more (I used to shoot approx 10,000 shots per year). I've found that the Hawke brand has good customer support with pretty good optics.
Seems to me, no proof or numbers, AO scopes seem to break more often. I'm talking about $80 to $150 scopes. What do you all think? I'm just guessing, I have about 10 to 12 broke scopes and 6 or 7 are Hammers. My big scope breaker is my .177 Hatsan 155. My Hatsam 135 and Beeman mach 12.5 have broke some. The Diana 56th maybe one. Now I have a $300 Vector on it with one of the first Z mounts on it. So far Okay. The first Z mounts were $100 dollars. Seems they were made in Germany. The newer ones are made in China and I got a couple came wit guns, a D250 and D430. They don't work as well.
