Morning...
I'm heading out to the shop now. I want to try to get done what I need to before the heat and predicted 90% humidity over runs the a/c. The casting shack is alot smaller and the a/c unit in there can make it feel like a walk in cooler regardless of the conditions outdoors. I can hang out in there very comfortably. I'm sure I can find something to do in there. I have internet and streaming TV that I can watch sports and outdoor adventure videos. I also have trail walkies to stay in contact with Betty Lou in the house and access to the cameras around the property. I can also crack open the door and shoot at targets I have placed out.
I have a full set of tools to tinker on airguns in that shed as well.
Only problem is that it gets a bit crowded if the dogs insist on hanging out with Dad. They compete for prime floor space and combined they add up to 200 lbs of trip hazards.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! I got up around 0500. I’ve had my coffee, but still barely feel like moving. I got a lot of work done around the house Saturday. And being on call, I worked yesterday. Today is supposed to be hotter than yesterday, and it was hot. Tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter than today, but after that they say we have a “cold front” coming in with some rain. Might as well get going to work and hang in there.

Mornin y'all!  Late shift today.  Used to be my favorite shift.  These days it inhales sharply.  Way too many people, trash, heat, stink, bathrooms, out parcels, and juvenile delinquents.

Two choices:  Take it easy and I'll be there nine to ten hours getting the job done.  OR work til you puke.

Just staying cool. Next week it's not suppose to get out of the high 80s.😃🎉🎉🎉 Come next Thursday I can work around here again so I'll be hitting the dead tree problem hard. Wife is still talking about getting a pro wood chipper for the branches. It'll cost around $4k 😳😲🫨 I can understand the need but man that's a lot of money! 🤑 Right now the burn pits are filled to overflowing and there's a hugh stack next to one of them. We don't burn until it's really wet out cause the danger of fire.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! I got up at 0450 and I’m on my second cup o’Joe. Today should be the last day of our current heatwave. They say we have a chance for rain this evening and a cold front moving in. I sure hope so. I have some temperature sensors to replace that someone else wrote up for. Not sure what I’ll do after that, but I have plenty of work at the moment.

Put the coffee on at 5 and hit the play button on the recorded IndyCar race from Iowa.
I haven't even looked at the weather report for today yet but I'm sure it will be pretty much the same as it has been for the past few days... hot and humid.
I'll begin the day with a hop down to the barn on the Rancher and see if the grass needs cut. If it does I'll use the eXmark to mow it. If and when that gets done I'll most likely hang out in one of our climate controlled spaces for the rest of the day. Might even set up some kind of indoor pistol shooting spot.

Up with the chickens, get them feed, gas up the string mower and finish the cutting the grass where rider couldn't get before it rains this morning. It was a lot cooler this morning and got started at 6:30 est. and mow till I run out of gas. Take a break, fill the mower back up and go at it again. I don't have much more to do and will be done with it for a day or two.

 Good morning! I was up at 5:50 after 4 hrs. 38 mins. total sleep. I tried to go back to sleep but I was wide awake.

 Got up, had my coffee, finished some straightening up of my desk and office/man cave. I did a much greater revamp than I planned of 30' of my bookshelves. I like the results! Now all my most used reference books are together in the middle above my desk where I can reach them easily, arranged by set, type, and size too.


 It's only supposed to get to 95°F today with 33% humidity at peak temp. 

 We would go to the Desert Spa today but, it is going to be too hot and windy in Desert Hot Springs today. 107°F with 18-20mph wind is too much like a blast furnace to enjoy it.  If not for the wind we'd go and have a great time in the pools. SO, we'll stay home and find something to do.

Morning..
Woke up at around 4:30 and put the coffee on. Turned on the news in the bar where my desktop PC is and after getting some coffee I sat down to pay the monthly bills.
Placed an order for a new battery for the Kodiak and an air filter for the motor I put on the zturn.
Now waiting for Betty Lou to get up and get motivated to make the monthly bulk grocery run in Troy, Al. She's been working on her list for a couple days.
After that run and those supplies are put away we normally make the local grocery store run.
Then I'll find something to do to stay out of Betty Lou's way while she preps food to freeze for the month.   
Haven't decided whether we'll have breakfast in Troy on the first run or have lunch while out on the local run. We usually do one or the other.
Weather is predicted to be 94 degrees with 92% humidity. More thunder storms expected to roll through in the afternoon. Rinse and repeat from the past several days and looks like the same for the next several days.

Good Morning! I got up at 5:30 this morning. I plan on staying home and watching for a few deliveries today, and we have Bible Study at Church tonight.

 Our weather currently, it's 68.2 with 70% humidity, it is supposed to get up to 99°F with 27% humidity this afternoon.

Good Morning! I got up at 4:54 this morning. I plan on staying in and enjoying the air conditioning.

Our weather currently, it's 82° but feels like 91° with 84% humidity, it is supposed to get up to 94°F with a 30% chance of rain. Tomorrow rain probability increases and hopefully we'll get some much needed rain.

I've got to drive down to Prescott for a follow-up doctor's appointment. NWS is saying 60% chance of rain with a high of 97f. Can you say streamy? Yes, I know compared to the east it's nothing but remember, we're normally in the single digit to the teens humidity.

LOL.. she's checking the online sales ad.. I have a feeling we'll be going today. It's all good, I have a set of spark plugs for the zturn ready for pickup at Autozone next to the grocers. The new air filter is due to arrive here on Saturday. And one of my front tires still has a slow leak so I'll get it back in the shop and take care of all that this weekend.

Bill if you put on a long sleeve work shirt then spray with mist it really works. I have to re apply every half hour since I don't spray soaking wet like she did but when done if shirt is still damp just hang it outside to dry. Only bad thing about wearing a long sleeve is the stupid tan lines that stop halfway on the back of your hand where your fingers and part of the back of your hand are tan but the rest up is lighter.

Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday! I got up at 0540 and I’m having coffee. I didn’t feel good yesterday and I stayed in bed until 1500. I think I’m ready to face this day. I have to pickup a water trailer to clean condenser coils at a job that has no water. Again, I didn’t write this job up, so I hope it goes well. I’ll have my second cup o’Joe before I get moving to work.
