Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday! I got up just after 0500, had my coffee and got Ayrabella on the bus for school. I called into the office and there’s no work for today. I’’ll find something to do outside to keep busy. I’m thinking I could get the mowing done, so I won’t have to on Saturday.

Up @ 0400 hrs.  Commute, workout, shower.  Doing the work thing at the moment.  Leaving a couple hours early to pick up a couple boys and we’re have teeth cleaning at the dentists office.  The weather shows cloudy with a high of 51.  May not be doing much tonight.  I start a marathon (32 hours shift) tomorrow afternoon.  It’s never ending!!!

Mornin y'all.  This is the first day of my most recent vacation.  I am resolved to take a vacation every two or three months now.  I have nearly two thousand hours of leave accrued.  Every July first my annual leave rolls over into my sick leave so I need to burn some now.  I've also got a week or so of holiday comp time to use or lose and a "personal day".

No plans for today.  Decompress and relax.  Unfortunately Flytrap is not doing well.  She had a bad night last night and I fear the old girl is not long for this world.  She won't get up and go outside this a.m.

Mornin y’all.  Flytrap is a little better today but she’s still not eating.  Not a good sign.  Today I plan to pay attention to my dog.  These may be her last days with us.

Still working on laptop issues... trying to match just the right version of Linux to this older unit.
Downloading the iso now and going to install 21.3 Xfce. It's a much lighter and less taxing than the full blown Virginia and will be supported until 2027.
I only use this laptop for GTA, surfing and mail so I don't need a full package.

Load feeders for the chickens, flip the gate panel to paint primer on the front side, replace a trailer tire, didn't get the mail yesterday so I will do that this afternoon, and mow some more grass.

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday!!! We made it! I slept in until 0530, had coffe, got Ayrabella off to school, skipped the chiropractor and got to work. I wound up getting called out to work yesterday, so I didn’t get the mowing done. I’m hoping to finish the job I’m on now and go home to get the mowing done.
