Bill, I went back to bed around 10 a.m., one it was pouring rain, two my hip was killing me so the heck with it. Up now no rain or pain.

Still drizzling here. Just wet and cold compared to the past couple days.
I think it's in my best interest just to hang out inside with Betty Lou and the dogs.

The weather Radar looks like it's wet there and looks like we have a couple of hours before it gets inland to here.

We Drove to Temecula Tractor Supply on Anza Rd 20 miles from my place after lunch today because the Hemet TS was out of our dog food. We had enough for a few more days but just wanted to get it while it's not raining. It is a nice drive through wine country from here. Just have to be on the lookout for those that are "Sampling/Tasting" from place to place!

P.S… I appreciate the comments on the inversion table… I’ve really been considering getting one, I believe it would help me in my situation. My wife and I suffer from different ailments, but we really used to be in good shape. She wants a treadmill, and I want an inversion table and a rowing machine. I have an exercise bike already (though, it is buried in the garage, right now). I really think we ought not give in to our ailments, we’re too young to just let ourselves go.

The treadmill and the rowing machine will probably end up buried in the garage also. Dig the exercise bike out and start using it. If you don't keep using it after a couple of weeks the others will probably not get used. Take your wife for walks. It gets pretty boring on a treadmill. I can't comment on the inversion table as I've never had one.

All good advice, Robert. I take it as a challenge.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday!!! I woke up a couple times before 0400, I didn’t need to be up that early, but finally got up just after 0400. I’m on my second cup o’Joe, Ayrabella gets up in about a half hour. I’ll get her on the bus for school and get myself ready. I don’t have a job on me yet, but I expect they'll find something for me to do, once I call the office. It should be fairly warm all week 58*-67*, through Saturday, and we might even dry out a little.

I laid down at around 5:30 last night. My ear was just throbbing. I woke up a few times during the night and finally at 2:30 I was done with tossing around and got up. My ear is not throbbing and sore to the touch now but it is still plugged up. I'll give it another day then I'll flush it.
I got out to the shop at around 6 or so and set up to run a chrono string with the Ummagumma NoDoze..

Good morning! I got to bed and to sleep about 1:30 AM and got up just before 6:30 AM this morning.

Last night one of my granddaughters from Meridian Idaho got here at 12:00 PM with her two boy's and her brother from Great Falls Montana. My oldest daughter that lives in Great Falls Montana was dropped off at her in-law's place to sleep with her husband in their RV that he has been staying in since he started his winter job down here.

It's raining but we haven't got much here yet. It started about 7 hours past the forecasted time and has just been drizzling so far. My back yard has standing water puddles over about 50% already though because the ground didn't take much to saturate since it was still very moist. We are supposed to get to 50°F and have rain throughout the day "Localized flooding is possible", I'd say likely based on how this ground at my place is handlining additional moisture. I am on top of a small hill and not near of anything that could slide either. We would be safe and high enough even if the worst local flooding took place. We are about 185 feet above the valley floor.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! I got up just past 0400 again. I’m just about done with my first cup o’Joe, and I’ll have another cup before I get moving. I want to be ready for work before I get Ayrabella off to school this time. Yesterday kicked my butt, I wound up replacing a compressor in a wall cooler that someone else wrote up. I was on the floor of a restaurant all day with very little room to work in, only to have to search for other electrical shorts in the wiring. I fixed a few shorts I found, but the evaporative pan was shot. I had to take it out of its circuit and quote a new one. Very frustrating. I have a service call on me for today. So, I’ll head into work right after the school bus.

Dogs got us up early.. they wanted out. Betty Lou got up and let them out then I got up and she went back to bed. At 4:30 they wanted to eat and weren't taking no for an answer. I fed them then they went back out.
The plan for today is just to continue tweaking, shooting and getting to know the NOTOS better.

Actually sick today.  I was feeling it last Friday.  Just stayed low grade through the weekend.  Last night during the lecture at Bible study the tickle in my throat started and I had to concentrate to not cough.  Had a restless night coughing (not real bad) but felt fine everywhere else.  Same thing this morning when it was time to get up to head into work.  Felt fine just have a cough.  In consideration for my partner and coworkers I called out sick so I don’t contaminate them.  I really want to get better because this weekend is our Arizona trip and I do not want to be sick while travelling.

So, I slept in this morning until about 8.  My daughter offered me a cappuccino so I sipped on that and now I’m here just taking it easy, surfing the web, trying to figure out what I should/could do today without getting too involved in anything.

Holy moly!!!!😲 Even after becoming a hood ordament when I was T boned my pressure was 185 over 102. Onions!! Onions will help with it but I doubt it will be anywhere near enough. I don't think you'll be very happy after having a stroke. You need to say goodbye to salt and anything else that causes HBP.
