LMBO I feel your pain man believe me I do. I can totally relate to that feeling. Those electrical gremlins can be a nightmare. My mower shop had one recently that took them 52hrs to finally fix. If that was me I'd quit at hr 1.

I once chaced my tail on a can am spider radio interference issue. Found all kinds of real wiring issues as per spec. It was a silly USB charger that was very difficult to see in the rear top trunk. I had days spent on that thing. Very frustrating...

Good morning GTA! Happy Saturday! I got up at 0430. I’m finishing up my second cup o’Joe and I’m going to get ready for the day. I have a men’s breakfast at the Ch**ch from 0800-1000, I’ll probably get there around 0700 to help where I can. When I get back home, I’ll hang out with Ayrabella while Andi goes grocery shopping. After that, I might get the line trimming done, I really don’t need to mow yet. Not sure what else I might do later, probably shoot something… this evening is a NASCAR truck race.

Awake at 5:00 but stayed in bed until 6:30 trying not to disturb anyone else at my son's place. Now my wife, son and one granddaughter are awake at 7:30. Plans, my son is going to smoke a brisket and just got his smoker going. His neighbor just called in a panic having seen smoke coming from here. That same neighbor was the one the spotted the neighbors house across the street burning a couple of years ago and was the reason they all got out alive.

Need to mow and launder my work clothes. Threw 8 bags of salt into the Softener... 
While waiting for the dew to dry off I am shooting the Kratos still and playing "fetch" with the Dawg the easy way with a rubber band powered "springer".

I plan on starting to build the cabinets in the shop.  I'll get as far as I can before heading into work this afternoon. I'll head in about an hour early to relieve the day shift JIC so he can get home for his weekend.  💥🦾🤠

Shoot one and when she gets it, she retrieves but won't "give".
 I cock the next one...
She hears that and drops the first one at my feet ready for the next.
Wash , Rinse, Repeat.
Dawg is relentless and can do it for hours with a tongue hanging out to her knees.

I was up at 5:58 AM this morning after going to bed at 1:00 AM. I slept good and beat the three teens that are here to the bathroom and shower. I am the first one ready for the day, the house is quiet.  My wife got up when I got out of the shower and beat the teens too. We will all go to Ch**ch together but I don't know what else we may do today.


I have my coffee and all's well.

The yellow flies have arrived.

Time to drag out the toxic bug goop and dig the bug shirt out of the closet.

Hopefully the dry winter and spring we've been having will keep them from being too awful.

Anyhoo!  Just gonna take it easy today.  Might do a bit of gardening.  I will certainly be shooting an airgun at some point today!

Good morning, running drip lines to the veggie pots to cut down on dragging hose all over the place, clean out vehicles and wash them, weed eat around the house, and an other outdoor activity I can cram in today. I might not get a day off from retirement but it sure beats working a real job any day.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! I pretty much skipped Sunday with Ayrabella, she wasn’t feeling like being on her feet until the evening. So, here we are, the weekend is over. I’ll have one more coffee before I head out to work. I have a dental clinic to do a PM for, while the guy I’m training is traveling over from NE Arkansas. Plans might change as I’ve heard service calls might be incoming. It’d be good if we stay busy this week while we’re training.

Mornin y'all!  Late shift again today.  And I'm solo again today.  Better be prepared to hit the ground running when I get there.  I'm caught up on the mowing for at least 24 hours so I wont have that to do.  Just waiting to see how it develops.

Thank you, Carter. I think Ayrabella is doing pretty good. She’ll be home all week and then a follow up with the doctor.
As for work, they changed me up, I’m getting ready to go in and look at a 3 door freezer that’s apparently not freezing too good. My trainee should show up around 1100, or so.

  I am not sure what I am going to do today.

 Everyone else here including my wife has plans and that leaves me free to do what I want, but also with no car. My son has a Harley Ultra Limited I could ride but we do have a chance for scattered thunderstorms this afternoon, potential for severe thunderstorms. High is supposed to be 86F and chance of rain 40%. If I had one of my own bikes here I would likely go for a ride and if it rained I would still enjoy it. I don't really want to ride his bike in the rain though.

I just spent 15 minutes in my son's gym/shop on his speed bag, changing up hand sequences without missing once. When I was young I use to do that in my parents garage for at least an hour a day on my dad's speed bag. It is amazing how well the rhythms, method, and skill stay dormant for over 40 years and comes back when called on. Last week when I first tried it again my son and I were surprised how it just came back to me. I do fatigue quicker though. his bag is a little smaller and softer than the one my dad had. My dad's had a metal ring and my son's has a bounce board.

I think it's time to cram all this stuff back into the shop with the new storage.  If I have time I'll put some plywood on for doors to hide all the stuff.
