Weather has been good for surf fishing on the cape, waiting on the whitting to start their run.

I miss "surf fishing" Kris!
 Back when we would drive to FL or S. Padre Island I would pack my "Big Rig" in the car so I could do that all day long while the wife and daughters laid in the sun catching a tan.
  Now we fly to Mexico and I haven't surf fished in more than a decade.

I just remembered..
There was a natural gas range and an under counter dishwasher in the bar/mancave that someone stored behind the bar before we took the place over. They have always been in the way and I hated it. We don't have natural gas and no need for a dishwasher in there. I spoke to the Korean lady that owns a second hand joint down the road and she gave me $50 for the range but didn't want the dishwasher. So I delivered the range yesterday. Today we'll take that dishwasher down to the barn and tarp it in case anyone wants it.
Next, someone put linoleum on the floor behind the bar and over the years is has cracked and split and I'm constantly tripping on it. Today that gets ripped out of there.

Well that has all has changed, I go now when everything is running and the weather is good. My poor boat didn't even make it to the water last year.

Well, that job is done.
Upon further review, the dishwasher was not worthy of storing in the barn. It will go on the trailer I have loaded to go to the dump on free dump day next Saturday. The linoleum was old and brittle and I was able just to fold it over onto itself and crack it over and over. Then when was small enough I just dragged it out in one piece. It went on the dump trailer as well. What's under it just needs swept and cleaned up. It's good enough for behind the bar and no tripping.

You seemed to have developed a stutter this morning.

Productive already this morning. I ran the cat6 under the mobile home and up into the utility room and installed a wireless router for internet access out in the Red Shed. Works great !
Now maybe, just maybe I can spend some time with airguns today.

Oops, Since I got a little long winded, I copied my post into Word to spell, grammar check it and messed that up, LOL! 

Now with the before and after you can see there wasn't much need of that.

A natural gas range can be adjusted to use lpg easily. Now changing a NG gas dryer is a pita! Had to almost completely disassemble the whole dryer to change the jet.

Yeah, we had lpg in here and could have converted it when we redid the kitchen. The old lpg range was beyond nasty and got hauled to the dump. But I got a great deal on an electric ceramic top range and had a buddy run 220v.

There is a classic over and under electric range in the bar that fits well with the decor. I'm going to plug it in and see if it works and is worth cleaning up and using. If not, it's out of here too. The propane flat top and bbq grill along with crockpots, electric frying pans/griddles, and propane deep fryers are plenty for the bar/mancave

You are blessed.  I wanted to transfer to the cape for a long time.  After Michael I decided maybe not.  I still may go and work at Billy Joe Rish before I retire though.  That's one of my dreams!
I might go fish the bridge at St. George when the whiting run starts but the jetty at Alligator point ain't bad.  I got some roe mullet last month.  Waiting for a buddy to get his boat running so we can go Crappy fishing
Crab trap closure is in affect right now, I'm too stove up to throw a cast net, and the freezer is full of squirrels so I guess its time for this hunter/gatherer/pastoralist to work in the garden!

Speaking of LPG tanks, they are mighty dangerous when they’re leaking.

We don’t have pipes or natural gases in the PI that supply houses/establishments, so we are relegated to using tanks.

Back in ‘09, our office (apartment-type building complex sans fire walls) got burned bad ‘cuz our neighboring office allowed one of their employees to board and lodge.

As he woke up on an early X’mas Day he smelled gas, so he opened the glass door for ventilation and went out, then went back inside to unplug a RUNNING electric fan——we go by 220v, by the way.

The small spark was all that was to go BOOM just like in the movies!

Fortunately for him he was buffered by a 5-foot tall concrete wall that separated him from the gas tank, but he still suffered severe burns.

All glass panes shattered from the implosion 

A word of warning: If you ever smell a gas leak, open your doors and windows, go out, AND DON’T EVER UNPLUG ANYTHING!

Today, I have Sunday school at 0900, Ch**ch at 1000 hrs. We’ll have small group this evening. Other than that, no other plans.

I was a good boy and got a lot of my Weekend "Honey-do" list done yesterday.
 Last night the 6 and 3 yo Grand Daughters spent the night.
 Once they are up and fed they will be sent back home to Mom and Dad. 

The only Christmas decor left is the Sleigh and Reindeer outside so I need to put it back in in the shop for storage until next year.
THEN I AM FREE!
Plan on doing some leisurely 10M shooting indoors.
Maybe some match targets but mostly some CO2 plinking, I brought a 40 pk of carts in from the garage to the family room last night to get warm.
 All this talk of Crosman 600's makes me want to verify mine is still in working order.
