Mornin y’all.  I threw out my shoulder loading boat gas cans in the back of our dump truck yesterday.  My regular pick-up is in the shop so I had to make a gas run using the dumper.  I was good til I started loading the full cans back in the truck. Had to get two other rangers to help me unload the full cans.  Man I’m hurtin today! No sweat.  Couple of pills and I’ll be fine.  Better living through chemistry is what I say!
So I’m lying here next to the memsahib listening to the rain pour down and wondering just how lazy can I get away with today?

This past Monday I carried my Zero turn mower to a small engine mechanic to have an electrical problem fixed, hopefully today they will call that it's ready. Because I really would like to finish my yard and cut two more before the weekend. Hope that happens. If not, there are spinners that need spinning

Good morning GTA! Happy day before Friday!!! I woke up at 0400 CT and got moving around 0500… I don’t sleep well in hotels, but I guess last night was as good as it gets. This morning we have a meeting with the “Safety Man”. After that I’ll roll back to my area and my helper & I will survey a new site for a preventative maintenance job. The ride in the new seat sure helps the drive.

Afternoon y’all.  Haven’t really slept in a couple of days so early this a.m I took drugs (not recreationally!) and slept til about an hour ago.  The weather is not worthy ( ) and both my shoulders ache.  Guess I’ll have to shoot my gassers today.

I was awake just at 4:00 AM I got Diesel, a hair cut, and ate at El Ranchito Taco Shop today so far. I have a appointment at 3:00PM at the Church, not sure how long that will go. Then I am free the rest of the day. Right now I am thinking of seeing if the wife has something she wants to do, she was/is at her stitching group now. Maybe we will take a short motorcycle ride? It is  currently 84.2°F on my back deck.

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday!!! Up this morning by 0530 CT. After my next coffee, I’ll go visit my chiropractor on my way to work. I have a huge PM we started yesterday that we have to finish today. Wash coils, change filters & belts and see how the equipment runs. I’m hoping for a good day and to leave that place better than we found it.

Good morning GTA! Yes it's Friday, it took all week to get here!!! Up this morning by 0400 CDT. Drinking my second cup of Java. I remember the jingle, "The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup!"  So true.

After sunrise, I plan on picking up some more limbs in my yard using my small trailer pulled behind my 4-wheeler. After I finish I'll dump the limbs then load my 4-wheeler on that trailer and pull it up to that lady's yard I cut for hire and pick her limbs up. She lives in the next community about 8 miles away.  My wife will be helping me up there.

Well I got tired early and was in bed asleep by 9ish so I was wide awake at 3:00AM I did go back to bed at around 5:30AM and took about an hour nap before getting back up.

I have some estate papers to go over with my sister whenever she can get out here with them this morning. I hope she gets here fairly early.
I feel really well rested, I may go swimming later on today since it will be in the 90°'s.

Good morning GTA! Happy Saturday!!! Up at 0530 CT. It seems so far this Spring, my body doesn’t care to change with DST. I’m typically getting up an hour later than I was, for now. Yesterday, didn’t go as planned… we couldn’t get on the roof, the manager’s key didn’t work, or the lock needs work. I got home early, so I ripped apart some scrap units and started loading my trailer. I really don’t need to mow yet, so I think I’m going to get a full load onto the trailer to take in for scrap later this week. I also need to huff some stuff up into the attic. Hopefully, I’ll save some energy to shoot airguns later. It’s supposed to be about 60* between 1400-1800 hrs.

Good morning GTA! Happy Sunday!!! Up at 0500 CT. Yesterday was a pretty good day. Today should be pretty nice, about the same weather at least. Sunny in the 60*s. After Ch**ch, lunch and probably a nap, I’d like to shoot some more. Ayrabella has been pretty consistent shooting with me since the nicer weather. We also need to feed the birds & deer.

Gonna go visit Killer in the nursing home today..
I spoke to him on the phone yesterday and sensed a little depression in his voice. Betty Lou made a big batch of bbq wings in the crock and lemon angel food cake so we'll take him a plate. Food always cheers the Killer up... 
Betty Lou also took a boat load of pictures on her tablet to share with him. He always asks about the "kids" when we talk on the phone.... (Boss and Rambo) We're also going to put a small photo album together for him.
We spent the day doing yard work yesterday. Gonna spend some time with airguns later.

5F this morning, had to fill the boiler pretty full as I am going to spend the day in the shop doing what I love the most, machining parts. 

I have the Sentry 705-9T broken down on the top half, no need to get into the air tube, I will make a new TP for it and will polish the barrel with JB and Rolite metal polish (a HUGELY cheaper version of FLITZ that works a bit better IMHO) with a push-n-pull double ended cord with a tight patch in-between. Makes polishing easy and the feedback is sensational!

Tree Sparrows are infesting the feeders today so gotta go and fill them up!

Good visit with Killer today... We took him goodies.
Found out another buddy was moved to the same nursing home. He had had a stroke. That visit wasn't pleasant at all. We love you Ernie.
I prefer not to elaborate at this time.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday and back to the grind! Today we have to finish the job we were on Thursday & Friday. Hopefully, we can get on the roof. The month is almost over, so we’ve got to get this done.
-Ayrabella & I got to shoot airguns 3 days in a row, and she wants to shoot today after school & work.

Bill, sorry to hear about your friend, Ernie. He’s in my prayers.

I have to go to the DMV with a grandson and to help him pick up a Toyota Avalon he is buying from my sister. It was my dad's car and is in great shape with low miles.

We got the DMV waiting done and the smog certificate. The smog certificate was $55 and while we were there my grandson used the restroom and noticed the toilet needed a new flapper valve so he bartered a straight swap to replace the flapper.

Well my day started off good but immediately turned sour.  I had planned on thinning more of the volunteer scrub trees at the tree line to extend my yards into the pines. I haven't used my chainsaws in a year and the first one  wouldn't crank but that's okay, I have two. The second one started on the fifth pull. 
Then I noticed that it was leaking gasoline, and pretty bad. 

Oh well. So I load them up and take them both to the saw shop (10 miles away) where I have carried them for years. The mechanic is a buddy of mine and he will get right on it. 

I get there and they tell me they no longer work on Husqvarna saws and tell me where to take them. 

 So I carry them to the NAPA store that's about 8 miles from my home. The NAPA store owner had opened up a Husqvarna Service Center behind his auto parts store. No telling how long it is going to take to get my two 15 year old saws fixed.
