Thank you all!  Sounds like we all suffer from some form of middle aged complaint.  The wet weather has my knee acting up. I was no threat to maritime navigation today.  I did administrative stuff all day.  I met the new crowd I will be working with.  They made me feel right at home.  Tomorrow Will start my physical orientation if the weather permits.

Some of you may have notice I seldom post plans for the day, it seems to be a surefire way of not accomplishing them for me, LOL.
 I did laundry, dishes, some other housework. I installed the new rear door shock on my wife's Honda CRV that I have been putting off, mainly because it has been TOO HOT to want to. When the temp got down to 92 degrees tonight I remembered, and just did it, it's only three bolts after all.

Good morning GTA! Up at 0430 CT. I hear you, Dan, about making plans and not actually accomplishing them.
Today I’m going to mow first thing. After coffee and the sun comes up, I have to scrape the deck and put on sharp blades. It’s supposed to be much cooler today, not supposed to break 80* until noon. Hoping for rain tonight, overnight. This evening is our monthly Barn Meeting.

*I have been bringing my lunch all week and I have taken my cholesterol pill every night along with a fish oil pill.

Slept in to 5 this morning.

I plan to shoot a bunch today with the HW95. I put it back to full power a week ago. I may start clipping coils from the spring this afternoon. The gun is so accurate, but I just can’t control it at this power level.
Learning is a long hard road, and I run out of patience pretty quickly.

Grandkids sleepover tonight! That is always fun.

Put the coffee on and have been doing my morning rounds here.
Rainy yesterday, so that dang floor is still in place. Today, it isn't *supposed* to rain until this evening, so I will try to get that done and covered back up before rain.
I spent yesterday here at the house, doing some outdoor clean-up tasks that I have been putting off. It is great to have that done!

Up at 5:30 my two furry friends decided that they needed to make an early potty run.  Unfortunately, they woke SWMBO before I could open my eyes. I got up after my little friend Dudley snuck into the room and proceeded to do his wake-up growl on my side of the bed, momma was not too thrilled. Prudence required my intervention before Dudley and I were thrown out the sliding door to the backyard.

Woke at 4:30 all on my own. I took the opportunity to turn the tables and wake Rambo up and make him go outside. He was confused but complied.... he laid on the rug on the front deck and went back to sleep.
By 6:30 I realized I had not heard from a guy I had scheduled to work today to unload trucks. I made calls and sent messages.... crickets. So, I got in the truck and drove to the plant... nobody to be found and no trucks waiting.... yet.
So, I'll have to monitor my phone and be ready to go unload trucks if, and when the arrive.
Someone will have some explaining to do.

I am making progress on the UTV trailer, I have the axle dropped 7", new wheels, fenders and now the side rails welded on.

Wiring is next and once lumbers normalizes ( ) I'll redeck it. Yes, the fenders are way forward, the axle moves back and up when under load.

Hi All.
I woke up a 4 am this morning.
I was wide awake and... "raring to go"... on an adventure this morning.
I made a quick breakfast of porridge then left the house at 4:30 am and took an early morning bicycle ride.
I went out to a section of state land that I occasionally hunt in the Fall.
I got back at around 9:30 and then worked on the lawn and my wife's flower beds for the rest of the day.
I took a break at noon to eat lunch and post the bike ride then back to work outside.
It was a full day of physical activity and I will sleep well tonight.

I am sooo... looking forward... to the Fall small game hunting season this year.

Due to the nature of my business, I am so looking forward to Fall too, Tom. But I’m looking forward to Fall hunting too. I think this year I’m going to seriously do some squirrel hunting, not just shots of opportunity.

I've been up about an hour and a half.  I think we're going to church this morning since we haven't been in a while.  Martha is driving over to Birmingham for a few days to visit friends and family and we need to pray for her safe travels.

After church, it will probably be too hot and humid to do any shooting so, we'll probably sit inside and stare at the TV?

Good morning GTA! Up at 0500 CT. Finished my antibiotics yesterday.  I'm feeling better but I'm not 100% yet. I cut my daughter's yard Friday and the yard I cut for hire yesterday.  I was going to start on mine but not feeling like it I was glad it rained.

Not sure If I am going to church this morning,  I'm thinking I'm going to stream church and zoom Bible Fellowship class.

SteveP-52 sent a couple of tins for me to review. I'm anxious to try them but like Greg said, after church, it will probably be too hot and humid to do any shooting so, we'll probably sit inside and stare at the TV?

Good morning GTA! Up at 0430 CT. Barn Meeting last night was awesome, as always. Ch**ch this morning at 1000 hours. We got a “cold front” and a little bit of rain. It’s 67* right now and mist/fog & overcast. It’s only supposed to get to 77*, my kinda morning/summer day. I miss the summers in the Adirondacks, a lot like this often in my memories. I’m going to shoot airguns after Ch**ch, lunch & probably a little nap.

Well the wildlings lived up to their reputation last night. The grandkids are 3.5, 5.5 and 8 years old. We had fun.

The oldest, my granddaughter, was up at 6 and came out on the couch. Sat there a minute and went back to bed.

Pancakes & bacon once the crew is up, then send em home! 
Then I will cut some coils off the spring for my HW95 and do some shooting between missions from the boss.

Walking into work this morning was kinda strange after being off for 2 weeks+.
They wanted everyone back a day before our customer (Hyundai) fires their production lines back up on Monday.
My guys all showed up and everything is smooth. I plan to be out of here by 10:00am.
I've already informed my HOD (Head of Department) and he gave me the nod.... I like the nod... 

Went to the stack car races in Kinston last night.. didn't get home until midnight. At around 2am Rambo decided it was time for everyone in the house to get up. He didn't come back in for 30 minutes

Good morning GTA! Up at 0345 CT. It’s Monday, for sure. I have to pickup the new guy (I’m the old guy, he’ll forever be the new guy) and we have to get my oil changed & tires rotated & check the status of his van. Then we have to go move and secure the wonky legs on a 1,000 pound ice machine. Last week was pretty crazy, I’m hoping for a good week. Looking forward to Friday already.
