 Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday!!! I got up at 0525 and got my self caffeinated. I don’t have a job on me for today, but I had to wait to make plans until I talked to my dispatcher. Nothing on the board, so I’m going to run the tractor a bit. I have a tree I’m taking down at the target area on the 100 meter range. It’s going to be cut up to the width of the backstop and stacked. I’m going to lay several other logs there and cover it with dirt for a more awesome backstop. I’m also going to box blade/grade the driveway. Probably work on the driveway first, no sense in working on the range and making my wife mad again. 
 The girls are going into town to get whatever loose end items they need for our trip/4 day weekend. I’m hoping to get on the road around 1300-1430, we’ll be headed to my sister and brother-in-law’s.

Mornin y'all.  I'm the late duty ranger today so I have no idea what I'll be doing today but I guaranty you I will hit the ground running when I get there!

Up at 0630 to take the little one out.  Tiny bladders need to go outside often.  After breakfast I took all three dogs for a romp in the pasture.  Flash is slowly accepting the new puppy as he realizes that she can be a playmate.  Flytrap tagged along behind while the other two tentatively played.  Flash is a bit of a bully but that will change as Belle gets her growth.

Good morning, day 1 of my "me" weekend, the usual garden chores and feed zoo. Getting ready to go get zoo food, cage supplies, and groceries for me in B-town. The weather is nice and no rain for today so that will be a plus. I have lots of chicks that need a housing upgrade and repair some of the chicken pens. I have plastic bait molds that I want to try out. I fish with a lot of grub like baits for red fish and flounder with them but the tackle shops never have the colors that work for me, now I can do that and not have worry about color or expense looking for them. Then it's time to break out the air gun stuff, locate all the molds, finish melting down spent pellets and wheel weights, take inventory of ammo, make new ammo, exercise break barrel guns, shoot pistols, and enjoy the day doing it. Yard maintenance is on hold until next week. Ya'll be safe this weekend.

I am finishing up the restore of a late 1980's one mule single plow that was the wifes great grand mothers. Waiting on the paint to dry and then drag it to its new resting place to display with the horse drawn rake she also inherited some years ago.
 Anyone know a taxidermus that has a stuffed mule I could purchase to hook up to the plow?

Kris's probably right.  I've seen fiberglass cows and horses but no mules.  Got to be some out there though.  If you find any let me know.  I need six of them.  LOL!

Good morning, do some garden chores, load chicken feeders, and then it's make some soft bait fishing lures, clean up the boat a little, build a drying pole for my cast nets tired of draping them all over the place, I use have trees where I could hang the nets in, the hurricane took care of that. Fix anything else that needs it.

Rambo decided that 4:30 was a good time to eat this morning so he went and enlisted Boss's help to make his point.
Together they sang in harmony. It was as impressive as it was annoying. The bottom line is that his mission was accomplished.
Once I figured out what all the stomping of the feet and off key dog yodeling was about I got up. But they changed up their normal routine.. this morning they wanted out before they ate.
Once all control of my own thoughts returned it wasn't long before my own OCD took over. A half completed PID just didn't settle right with me so I got dressed, grabbed coffee and headed to the Red Shed. I arrived on the scene just as daylight broke.
From there the topic switches to airgun related so I will elaborate in one of those threads accordingly.

Good morning (afternoon) all I was up at 5:00 AM and planned to get the Honda CT90 transferred into my name today. Well it's done, I accomplished it after spending 5 hours and $313.00 for the DMV fees, fees, fees, fees, fees, more fees and TAXES

 Oh how I hate CA ....

 In other news, the weather here is perfect today. Oh how I love this weather.

The pool is very clean and ready for it's first swim of the year. Just waiting on the water temp to get up a little bit so is not so chilly. Looking forward to floating in the chair while downing a beer. Any of you boys have your pools ready?

I didn't plan on it but I ran the weed whacker for 2 hours and just finished. Actually there is more to do but I stopped because the battery and I both need a re-charge. I have lots of other batteries but there is just one of me, so I am done for the day. The waiting at the DMV wore me out.
