Mornin y’all.  Sick as a dog this a.m.  Sorry to hear you got the Covid Scott.  Don’t die.

Way I feel right now I’d like to die.  Some kind of stomach bug.  I started vomiting yesterday afternoon and I can’t keep anything down.

S’cool.   Bright side, I’m loosing weight.

Dan.  I am desperately trying to recruit a couple of volunteers with your kind of motivation for my park.  I had a couple but they are both getting too old to make a regular commitment.  They would come in and mow the whole park in one day.  They were great.  Kudos to you sir.  You acquire merit!

When I had LBM and hangover in the PI I would drink fresh coconut water.

It needs to be freshly-plucked and not be allowed to ferment, but I did have a coconut tree in my yard.

Them toxins would be flushed out from your tummy and you’d be rehydrated at the same time 🤓

unfortunately no fresh plucked coconuts  here.  Interestingly I do have some of the memsahib’s bottled coconut water in the fridge.  I’ll give it a try.

I got done with all I planned to do at the place in town by 11:50AM and it was 90°F so I quit and came home.
It's 96°F at 11:58 AM and I just had Tacos. I need to stay in out of the heat now.

I think it's common knowledge that a fresh coconut can be used as dextrose if none is available.

I used to to eat its meat after divesting its liquid to reenergize my body post "conquest" 😋

As soon as it's light enough to see I'm gonna start cutting my yard. It's supposed to rain after lunch.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! Up at 0515 CT. My first job today is a 3 door cooler that has given us trouble all summer. It runs for a few weeks and just quits. I sure hope to figure it out today. I’m having my first coffee and I’ll have one more before I get moving. I’m hoping & praying you get to feeling better Scott.

I actually slept 6 hours straight, and woke up at 5:32 AM and got up.

I don't remember the last time I just slept like that but do know it has been years.

It was 71° when I got up and I will try to get something done outside before 10:30 because after that I am staying indoors in the AC. The next couple of weeks are going to be too hot for being out in it.

Too hot here for that.  It was 111 from about 2:30PM-3:58PM 

Now, that reading was 5.5 miles away and I just saw only 105 in the shade on my back deck. Tomorrow is forecast 5 degrees hotter.

That "real feel" of 118 exceeded the "real feel" in Palm Springs today, even though it did actually get hotter there.
Palm Springs had even lower humidity than our 19% too.

Must have a Santana winds or at least a off shore winds. It only got up to 94 here but I'm at 5270 ft elevation which helps but I'm also between 4 and 500 miles from the ocean.
