Have to make an unplanned trip to Troy. Betty Lou's toaster oven took a dump and we had to go get her a new one.

I'm going to dissect the old one and see if I can make a bigger, better mold oven than the one I have. The elements still light up but the "toast" switch and timer don't function. I wire the relay direct to the elements and control it with the PID. Should work just fine.

I played round and round the rugged rock with several folks on the phone today.  I'm a confused old codger who is suffering from chronic pain.  At least that's what I told them.  Lotta cold hearted people in the insurance business.  I finally annoyed one lady so bad by just acting dumb as a post (not a stretch I admit) that she booted me up to a supervisor.  The supervisor e-mailed me the documents I've been waiting two weeks for.
Now I can go back to the Orthopedic clinic and wave my paperwork at the folks there.  Take out my teeth and I'm a feeble old geezer obviously suffering from the onset of dementia (well I look pretty demented).  Got my own wheelchair too!  That usually gets me first class treatment.  Its dog eat dog when you are dealing with the medical profession these days and you gotta work all the angles just to get decent treatment.

Seems things never go as quickly as estimated.  Still working on sealing the outside of the window. Moving to wiring after I warm up.  It’s chilly outside!

I was done sleeping at 3:30 this morning so I rolled out and put on the coffee. I put the Amsoil Snowcross snow machine racing on from Duluth Mn. Crazy stuff right there.
Anyways, today marks my 68th year in this World and I really have no special plans. I'll need to get out and batten down the hatches for the big rains predicted tonight and tomorrow.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! I got a full day’s work in yesterday. I’ll have to call the office to see what I’m doing today.

I was done sleeping at 3:30 this morning so I rolled out and put on the coffee. I put the Amsoil Snowcross snow machine racing on from Duluth Mn. Crazy stuff right there.
Anyways, today marks my 68th year in this World and I really have no special plans. I'll need to get out and batten down the hatches for the big rains predicted tonight and tomorrow.

Happy B day Bill. Same here for the weather, looks like it could be a hammer knocker for a few hours around here. Not much for plans around here. Get a few things picked up or tied down. Boat repairs on hold until the weather passes. Probably work on the Herc bully .45 to get it ready to hunt with. Maybe a little indoor cleaning and some laundry.
