When you are applying for hazmat with dmv, you have to surrender fingerprints electronically now. You put your fingers in a scanner now and it goes to a national data base, it's also a background check at the same time. If it comes back with no issues you can take the test that day. The scanners pick up everything on your fingers even the old faint scars.

Looks like it is the end of the line for my wife's retired service dog. She won't eat and if she does she can't keep it down. She's panting a lot so we know she is in pain but can't give her any thing. She's a 10 years old golden retriever so she's 1 of our shorter living dogs. Our last retrieve lived to 15. Of course we're going to have to take her to the vet to put her down. We've only had 1 dog die at home in the 50 or so years we've had dogs. 😥
