We went out and I cleared the roof and the gutters.  Almost took a ride off the edge, sort of.  These soles on these light hikers are horrible on wet surfaces.  I changed into my trail running shoes that have suction like grip on wet and in mud.  Much better. 

We headed out afterwards and did our walk in the woods.  Came home and dropped off the kids.  Jumped in the truck and Mrs. P and I headed to TSC for wood shavings.  Came home and cleaned out the chicken coop, refreshed shavings and took off the bump out nesting boxes because of rot.  Patched the opening where that was and made a couple nesting boxes out of old plant pots. 

Came in and took a shower, ate a snack and made some coffee.  Now I’m relaxing before getting ready to make dinner.  We’ll have Bible study tonight then it will be time to come home, get ready for the work/school week and off to bed.  I’m thinking I might be able to sneak out and throw a couple pellets down range.  🎯

They are loaded into racks under the seats.  No way to cover them unless we cover all the seats.   I'll post some pictures of what they do.  It will explain better than I can.  Regardless, they still poop everywhere.

The answer is more sprinklers.  Several have died of old age and we're down to just one.  Can't cover all four boats with just one sprinkler.

I'm hangin' in the Red Shed and Betty Lou is hangin' out laundry. She prefers hanging out clothes over putting them in the dryer. She says they smell better and she gets to enjoy the outdoors while doing it. It wasn't so good at the last 2 places we lived. Our property butted up to cow pastures at both places.

Good morning GTA! With just 5 minutes left of morning, that is. I got up at 0515, got Ayrabella off to school after my coffee, and went straight into work. I’ve been going at it since then on a 3 door freezer that was froze up. I’ve got it running now and as far as I know, there isn’t anything else going on today. I’d be fine with going back home from here. It’s sunny and warm outside. Who knows what I could get into on such a nice day.

Beautiful n sunny today and got a lot done. The aftermarket safety on the shotgun wouldn't always hold on fire with low brass bird shot and would slip during recoil to safe so I removed it and drilled the holes in the safety slightly deeper and wider to better seat on top of the spring tensioned bb under it and hold it's place while shooting. Tested with more bird shot then high brass slugs too and it works fine now.

Went and got the propane tank for the barbecue filled.  Been lugging it around with a weed torch.  Been burning weeds and the seeds that lay underneath the weed. Everything is all brown and dried out so it burned real good. Trying to not have as much weed eating this coming summer.  I was dragging around one of the propane tanks that is on my travel trailer but that darn thing weights 77 lbs and even using a hand truck was killing my back.

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday- it’s Hump-Day, already! I woke up a couple times last night, but went back to sleep around 0030 and got up with the alarm at 0430. I’m looking at those daylight alarm clocks Brett showed yesterday. I don’t typically need an alarm, except on Wednesday to make sure I’m up when needed. I think Ayrabella would like one though. I have my Wednesday morning meeting at 0600, then I’m meeting another tech to change out 3 heat exchangers in package units on the roof. It’s a pretty high roof and I heard no mention of a crane. I suppose we’re roping them up. I hope they’re small ones. Coffee first, of course.

I slept from 12:15ish until 6:00 AM 

 I think the Spa day's pain reduction help me sleep better? I didn't have my smart watch on so I don't know what it would say.

 I feel pretty good this morning, well rested, and not as much pain as my normal. 

 Coffee First, pay some bills, Bible Study this evening. Somewhere in there I plan to get some more tree trimming done too.

 Today we are supposed start cooling and to be cloudy and only get to 68°F and the next two days it is supposed to only get to highs of 55°F and 54°F and then RAIN starting 4:00AM and then mid to upper 50°F's with rain 7 days out of the next 10 days forecast.

Mornin y'all!  I'm headed to the woods with (air) gun and dog!  Gotta go into town at some point and lay in some supplys.  I need some fresh adhesives.  My collection of various glues have mostly cured in their tubes and I need epoxy, silicone, and cyanoacrylate.

Got up, went to work.  Got in our room where we are dispatched for the day and no one is there.  I’m just not feeling like being there and it’s raining out.  I don’t like the rain.  I’m feeling blah.  Not sick, just not in the game.  I’m leaned back in my chair, I haven’t put my things away yet, I just laid them on my desk.  I sit there for a few minutes trying to convince myself that I should be there.  I look at my phone.  I see that my partner texted earlier.  I read the text saying that he was going to take the day off on sick leave.  That threw me over the edge.  I picked up my things and went back to my car in the parking lot.  I sent a text to the coordinator telling him this same story and that I’m going home sick.  He just responded with LOL! 

Now I’m home all coffee’d up and raring to go.  But where am I going?….  😂😜

One day at a time.  Sometimes it’s moment to moment.  I’m glad that I have a job that I can take those mental breaks without creating a back log or throwing my work on someone else.  It will be there for me tomorrow when I’m ready for it.
