GREAT NEWS !!
The fill probe I ordered from Soupyyy arrived yesterday. I got a free moment this morning and plugged it into my 80cf scba tank and fill the gun to the max psi of 3300 psi which was the pressure of the tank.
SUCCESS !!!

Now the review can continue. Unfortunately, we have a physical inventory scheduled for Saturday this week at work... that's going to greatly reduce my weekend. But, there is a possibility of this summer's shutdown beginning a week early (this Monday) thereby extending the shutdown to 4 weeks. Lots of 'ifs' here.
So, just to sum up where we are so far.... everything is functioning as it is supposed to.
