This winter was so wet that I had to take it down because the corn was getting all so wet and moldy

Putt it up couple weeks back, and today i was sitting and watching a bit,

the hole under is well defined and perfect for the needs

Not 100% sure because there's big boulders in front of the tree so I can't pace it out, but it's -/+ 20 yards.

I would have preferred to put the bucket a bit further out but I was limited by where I could hung it from, this is as far as I could make it happen

Spent an other afternoon in my tree blind a couple days back

It's getting some pretty steady activity

I still didn't shoot anything,

For me a feeder is more then just a location to shoot out of, but it creates an amount of traffic in the area so you can actually hunt on the ground and find them as they are moving around, much more fun like that,....of course now and again if I feel like I will shoot one at the feeder itself

Wow Manny.....that's an excellent tree for a blind. That one is way better than the birch, aspen & pine trees that I used to hunt deer from.

Yeah, Banyan trees are incredible to make blinds off, they really lend themselves to it, also most of the time you are still close to the ground and I like that so if needed I can get down in a hurry.

I'm gonna shut down the feeder for the Summer, will reactivate it October-November.
