2260 squirrel

Took out my new Sheridan build today and managed a large grey squirrel.  20 yard shot right to the head.  Using 14.3 cphps at around 900 FPS for over 25fpe. Pretty happy.

Nope it’s a pcp now. I asked Bill at magnum air to drill the tube to anchor a discovery valve for me. He said no but he happened to have one laying around so he sold it to me. He then offered me a magnum valve, .45 hammer spring, and a fill adapter with gauge built in. I had a Cothran hammer laying around with a Mellon air power adjuster.   It came together very nicely and I like that it’s something most folks don’t have.   I love the fact that it maintained its factory clean 2260 look.

Prior to this build I had gathered all the parts necessary. I ended up using those in my 1760 build which I put mostly together this morning.

I’m running 1900 to around 1200 I think. ( if I remember right). Haha

I’m getting 10 powerful shots.
