My wish list to have on Daystate Delta Wolf:     ( So here you go Daystate and Air guns of Arizona and whom ever is helping producing this pup )


-Picatinny rail with 10-20 MOA,   I like to repeat this PICATINNY RAILS 10-20 MOA!!!!  lol

-Larger capacity magazine,

-iInterchangeable barrel that's simple and robust,

-Larger diameter shroud,

-Removable carbon fiber air bottle,

-Ambidextrous lever,

-NOT TO have the butt plate so far back to help keep bullpup short (unlike Pulsar which added 3" or more to length) Jiminy Crickets it is a bullpup right?  haha

-Oh yeah external adjustable regulator with Daystate fully adjustable electric trigger system with 10 or more power settings saved for 4 different calibers along with mulitple ammo per caliber

OH Yes forgot about this is a must to accommodate heavier and longer lead projectiles

-Plenum Volume:  60cc   or more

- Magazines that will excepted longer ammo

I have all the details but not allowed to share a few of them.  The gun is technological masterpiece in my opinion.  I have not shot the gun yet but I was at dinner with Daystate last night where we got all the specs and the  sneak peak at the gun.  It has amazing features that will be announced in March and the gun should soon after be available.

It will come in .177, 22, 25 and 30 cal.  Interchangeable calibers with pre set tunes for each caliber and user adjustable.  It is an electronic gun.

The new magazine is a great idea which allows very quick magazine changes with a newly designed magazine which looks very promising. This gun is more powerful too.

There are two more features that we are not allowed to say as it is awaiting the show in Germany for official release.  However, those two features are really awesome and I think really make this gun a big advancement in airgunning.  I believe this gun is going to be a great seller in the high end pcp market.

So Mr Nielsen is this true?   

I heard and maybe all smoke but the Delta is suppose to have:
- Bluetooth
- built-in chronograph
- 150 foot pounds of energy
- Full Auto . ( don't really care for full auto maybe 2 shot burst but not full auto)

I can not comment on further as to the features coming on this new gun.  I was asked to keep some of the features a secret until Daystate decides to release those details so I have to honor that request.

You do know of course, that it really doesn't matter as Daystate does not actually "Make" any of their guns now days. They contract out to vendors for all the parts and simply assemble them at Daystate. Who knows who the platora of contractors and outside vendors are.


Hope this doesn't anger you, but it is the way it is. Many, companies actually make their guns. Some, but very few actually make the barrels in house as well. But that is RARE!

I agree with Nick about .35 cal pellet guns.... I have made a few, and I far prefer the .30 cal for my biggest Varmint caliber.... On the other hand, for big game, slug guns from .357 and up would be my choice there....

Here in Mi to hunt big game .35 or larger is one of the requirements besides having to be a pcp that's filled with an external air supply.

Not too bad looking .. tho seen prettier / more high tech looking pups other places.  Not a fan of AR furniture tho.
Likely the electronics had to be improved upon due too having for several years now a Aftermarket manufacturer making Retrofit / replacement electronics Boards that offered more programmable features and power potential than any factory board they offered.
Now If or Not the factory board in this DF is "That" flexible and offers the type of power and self tuners settings we'll know soon enough ?  Smart move by Daystate if they get this part right.
Mag capacity with the current trend for more shots on hand ... a disappointment IMO.

Price point if typical Daystate will be ... Ah, well ... steep & costly.

Good intro never the less and many will purchase just like every new wizz bang gun does that comes to market.

Interesting tech that I hope trickles down to a classic style rifle.  I'm not a fan of the tactical look.

Hopefully there is a lot of adjustability.  That touchsceen didn't look too responsive.  Maybe it was a pre production, mock up rifle or not turned on?

Maybe Red Wolf prices will come down or there will be some in the classifieds soon?

I agree Chad.  As Mr. Scott brought up, that low mag capacity surely will push those that need it to the Sideshot FX mags.

But but but, you can hook two of them together and double the shot count! Then the battery goes dead or the board gets fried for some reason and there you are with air and nowhere to go. For $3100+ there will be only one bunch of people in that class.

I have a hard time remembering to plug my cell phone in to be charged. If I owned this rifle I would never be able to shoot it.
