Yep this is my first. We had been eye balling each other for the past couple of weeks, he was almost daring me
to do something about his escapades with the birdfeeder. So I guess he decided there was nothing I could do
about it and he was going to eat whatever the *(&^ he wanted.
So I open the back door slowly and he hears it and just looks at me like, "What are you going to do about it punk?"
I gave him a chance to leave and he just would not, he stood his ground. So living in the great state of Texas
and taking into account my rights of castle doctrine and the defense of my home. I loaded up my RWS 52 and
placed a CPHP .177 into his ear at 15 yards. After a loud SMACK, he flopped out of the tree and onto the ground,
taking a few last gasps. The stand off was over.

Nice job at pest control. I though it looked a bit brown-belly like mine do. Our tree-rats have darker bellies for some reason. Texas, it's like a whole nother country.
