Duy used the Belleville Disc Spring for 5 mm Shaft Diameter, 5.200 mm ID, 10 mm OD, 0.5 mm Thick 96445K215
What exactly were doing for you when you tried them Matt? They are a taller washer. So, you have to start out around a half turn different than with the stock washers.

Hey Duy, thank you! I did shoot them but both barrels were drilled and need some cleaning up. Groups were a mess because the burrs in port. Also I fixed the creeping regulator. I believe the gun was acting like an unregulated gun because the regulator adjuster was too far away from the brass Piston to make a seal. I believe the regulator has a maximum PSI of around 3,200 PSI. After 3200 the Belleville washers get compressed to the maximum and no longer seal against the delran stopper. Again this is just my experience. Once I turn the regulator down it he came consistent. Shooting 26 grain slugs at 925fps.

This is from Stephen on the 100 page thread. i dont keep my regs below 3000psi at the moment because i have yet to test the 1/2-20 20cc plenum Billy sent. i am coming back from a mini vacation. i will test Billys plenum and Stephens suggestion afterwards.

For some reason, and i may be way off base. I think he was working with Duys poppet at the same time. It had a longer stem, which would have shortened his hammer throw. And if the reg was set too high would have been hard to crack the valve open. Acting as if it were unregulated until the pressure dropped enough.
